Usually pretty mediocre, but today we paid for extra sauce through the app and got none. Also the tenders I got were cold and very dry. They seemed understaffed so we didn’t go back and give them any trouble or anything, it was just disappointing.

Very disappointed in the customer service department. Ordered drive thru, gave the code and placed my order. I was then asked what the code was for? I gave him the deal and price. The worker stated to pull around and he would figure it out at the window. When I arrived at the window, he very politely stated he was figuring it out and said it would be just a minute. I watched him on a calculator do the math, called someone over (I assumed a manager) to override. He then opened the window, took my payment and stated the code didn’t go through and it would be full price. I calmly stated to cancel my order. He apologized and handed my card back.

This has happened before at a different restaurant and the manager over rode the amount. I understand computers glitch but to not fix it when you have the capability to do so is not acceptable. The worker looked mortified and embarrassed to have to tell me it was full price. Shame on management for not telling me in person and not fixing the issue!

I do applaud the cashier for remaining professional. Poor guy has a tough enough job

This location is always so hit and miss. Sometimes it is great and other times it’s abysmal. Tonight we ordered ahead and waited 10 minutes at the pick up window and not once did someone pop their head to let us know what we were waiting on. Then I get home and got the wrong sandwich. I’ll guess we’ll be going to Alma from now on.

Alrighty this one’s gonna be a long one so buckle up. I went in there got my food in just a few minutes after ordering, had everything I ordered, no complaints. Now, I’m a slow eater and so it took me some time to eat. What I saw happen is the issue because like I said when I ordered my food everything was fine. They were in a bit of a rush but they were still getting orders out in decent time that is until this lady, Jelly, decided to take charge. She started yelling out names in the back I could hear her from the lobby. Moving people around and stuff telling them to do things, and just like that nobody in the lobby was getting their food on time. I’m not talking it took an extra few minutes I mean people I saw weren’t getting their food until 15-20 minutes after ordering. The number of cars hadn’t suddenly increased or anything either there was a steady line no different then before the only difference was her.

me and my co-worker came here to get dinner after work it took them 5 minutes to make my food and 15 minutes to hand it to me people that came in the store after me were getting their food ahead of me my food was completely cold and so was my co-workers waiting and I literally had to grab my own cup behind the counter also the only reason we didn’t demand a refund was there was a busload of kids that came in after basketball we ended up throwing out $35 worth of food instead of having an attitude in the store and the core reason for this the two screens on top of the menu tells you what’s being served and what hasn’t been served the what hasn’t been served was not being cleared wasn’t even showing new orders and wasn’t even showing what was being prepared they were going completely based off receipts over the monitor they have for it they also messed up both our orders at the same time too absolutely zero coordination what coming in and going out manager was completely non-existent and every other McDonald’s I’ve ever went to the manager is always checking the food going out I’m never returning to this McDonald’s with a co-worker never again

The staff is very friendly. The food was prepared prefect. Hot and delicious. The store is immaculate. The bathrooms are very clean. I’d say this is the best McD’s I’ve visited in a long time!

Stood waiting for 15 to 20 minutes without service finally left without ordering went somewhere else why don’t they shut the doors if you can’t get service. And do not say order at the order at the machine because there’s disabled and people who cannot use them and employees will not help them and are very rude when ask to help and they embarrass the elderly and disabled people in front other people! So done with MCDONALDS
