I want to start off by saying whoever was taking our order spoke with the person before us for a very long time, we sat patiently. She was also very patient with us taking the order but once we got the the window she asked for the card, closed the window on us and put the card in her pocket! When she finally opened the window again we tried to give her our code she ran the card and THEN scanned out code so we did not receive our discount, she closed the door on us while we were speaking multiple times it was utterly disrespectful. But to top it off our nuggets and my chicken sandwich were completely undercooked and still raw and cold on the inside! There was no way by the time we ordered from the time we got our food fried food would have been done. Our money was wasted

I flew in to Mobile and stayed at Marriott across from this Wendy’s. It was 11:30 at night so it was drive thru only. Totally fine and understandable. I asked them if they could take my order, the two young employees looked like they would be willing but the employee who was older by 15-20 years at least started saying that it was against their policy. Everytime I was starting to ask her a question(while the window remained closed), she got angry interrupted and started yelling. Then as I remained calm, and tried to ask is there anything exceptional she started screaming to call uber eats. She then walked away yelling more and saying things about me in a derogatory manner. I then left walked to McDonald’s, shared what my situation was and all of them helped me out. I guess McDonald’s people are just more human. They threw in extra waters and were more than empathetic. Everyone has bad days but you do not need to treat people like garbage.

For this location to be by the mall y’all need to do better. Everytime i come here the customer service is trash they never speak, they hand you your food and slam the window. Not only that my order is 9/10 always wrong i will not be coming here this location lacks professionalism and good quality customer service putting kids at the window.

If you want hot, fresh food without the attitude, this is the place to go. The customer service was excellent, the food came out hot and fresh, and even my cookie was warmed. The wait time was minimal. Highly recommend this location!

This was my second visit to this particular location, and just like the last time, the young girl taking my order just stood there…looking off in space. Once again, it took me to speak first…instead her saying. “Hi, may I take your order?” So thanks…I will not be returning to this particular Wendy’s.

Horrible job at this location. I thought u was supposed to chop the onion in bits before putting them in the chili. Who wants whole onion rings? Very disappointed. Need to properly train y’all staff seriously. This is getting ridiculous!!!

Not my best experience at this wendys every dog had it’s day although the manger said they ll replace my food I haven’t been back to get. Giving you less for more money smh
