Welcome Home. You see that written on a door mat or maybe it’s said with a tight hug and loving embrace when you walk back in the door from being gone for a while. For me, it is coming back to my Roots– my hometown, my alma mater university and to my original restaurant I opened as a 22-year-old in 1996.
