We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food quality and taste were absolutely amazing – every dish was full of authentic flavors and perfectly prepared. The service was equally impressive; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable.
What truly stood out was how thoughtfully they took care of my baby. The team was so kind and accommodating, which made our dining experience even more special and stress-free.
Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

A wonderful find for pure vegetarian Indian food in Bath!
We ordered Masala Dosa and Delhi Samosa Chaat, and both were absolutely delicious. The dosa was perfectly crisp with a well-spiced filling, and the samosa chaat had that authentic Delhi street-food taste — tangy, spicy, and full of flavour.

What really made the experience special was the owner, Anand. He is extremely warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about his customers. His hospitality makes you feel comfortable and at home, especially if you’re missing authentic Indian food while travelling.

If you’re looking for authentic vegetarian Indian cuisine in Bath with great taste and even better service, Indian Temptation is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Indian Temptation is an absolute gem in Bath and a MUST-VISIT, especially for vegetarians!

It is rare to find a fully vegetarian Indian restaurant offering such unique and authentic dishes that I haven’t seen anywhere else in the UK.

The food was phenomenal:
The Jackfruit Kebab and the Soya Chaap were absolutely juicy and delicious; they truly reminded me of the authentic taste I’ve had back home—perhaps even better!

Even the regular Punjabi Samosa tasted uniquely different and absolutely amazing.

Beyond the food, the ambience is lovely, and the mesmerising view of Bath Abbey from the restaurant is the perfect backdrop to your meal.

The experience is completed by the owners, who are a wonderful, down-to-earth, and kind couple. The service is top-notch—attentive and genuinely warm.

Overall, it’s a perfect dining experience. I highly recommend Indian Temptation!

Indian Temptations is an absolute delight for anyone who loves North Indian food. The dishes are full of authentic Indian flavour, with perfectly cooked curries, soft naan, and aromatic spices that taste freshly prepared. The chilli paneer and dal makhani are absolutely delicious, and the staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The cosy atmosphere makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a special meal. One of the best spots in Bath for vegetarian Indian cuisine.

A must-visit in Bath! Indian Temptation offers a fantastic vegetarian fine-dining experience right in the city center. The food is delicious and well-priced—the starters, in particular, were excellent.

What really sets this place apart is the hospitality. Beyond the food, the highlight was meeting the owners, Anand and his wife. They are wonderful, knowledgeable people who truly care about their guests. They gave us brilliant food recommendations and local sightseeing tips.
We’ll definitely be back!.

A gem of an Indian vegetarian restaurant. A friendly welcome, good space with the interesting curved upstairs room on the corner. But best of all the food: the shared starter platter of puris to tickle the tongue. Then baby aubergines in a wonderfully rich tomato sauce and a dish with whole cashews that was rich and creamy. All while discussing the merits of red onions, asofoetida and more with the owner.

Indian Temptation is known for miles around for their Masala Dosa and excellent veggie curries but this time we went for the newly introduced Christmas Thali and very fine it is too – beautiful to look at and great to eat with lots of varied dishes and tastes. Recommended

Amazing Indian food with a great view of the Bath Abbey. Visited them 3 times in the span of 2 days coz the food was really good. Thali was delicious (curries were just amazing!), dosa was good, koftas were mellow and creamy and the samosa chat as a starter tasted really good as well.

Be mindful that it can get crowded on weekends in the afternoon and evening, so reserve a table in advance. There might only be 3-4 people to serve 30-40 visitors and it ain’t a fast food joint, so kindly be patient. They were extremely kind and respectful, especially Manohar!

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for Indian food in Bath and I will visit again for sure!
