The food was great, but I did not appreciate the attitude nor the looks I was given, which clearly told me that she did not like me right from the start. I was smiling at her and showed kindness, but she just scowled. Then, they completely messed up our order. When we tried to get it fixed, they were giving us a lot of trouble even though we showed them the burgers and the receipt. This is my first time giving a bad review. I feel bad, but I feel that it has to be said.

Horrible,line wrapped around building & not moving. At window for 30 minutes before asking for a refund. Meanwhile man banging on door for his food after he sat waiting for at least 20 minutes and employees inside could be seen sitting down taking a break, eating & going back & forth to the back for some reason.

I LOVE wendys but this one is the urban equivalent of having your cow cook you chicken nuggets. It was terrible. Slow drive thru, cold food, rude employees. Lobby is almost always closed ever since covid.

Got in a little late, around 11pm after driving all day. We were STARVED. Wendy’s was one of the only available options at this time so we figured it’d be a good quick option, they’re listed to close at 1am so we thought it wouldn’t be too big of a deal. We get to the drive through and we’re told due to an issue they can only take mobile orders. Weird, but okay that’s fine. We park and do a mobile order. We drive back around to the drive through and now we’re told they can’t do mobile orders either, they can’t do anything. I canceled my order and better not be charged for anything. We were livid.
