My fries were stone cold. I was instructed to pull forward and wait while my chicken cooked. When they brought my bag, the fries were cold. I think they bagged the fries while waiting on the chicken to cook and let them sit on the counter. My unsweet tea was watery, like the tea and water mix was wrong. However, i was grateful they were open on Christmas Eve.

Awful order a baconater it came full of mustard tomato onion and at least 12 pickles. Know what it it didnt have? Bacon not even a tiny peice of bacon. Worst Wendy’s ever. This wasn’t the first time I’ve gotten one without bacon either. Had to park and wait for this sub oar food as well. Wendy’s has gone completly downhill and I won’t be back ever again.

Gave me n my friend baaaad food poisoning he got a burger n a chicken sandwhich i got a kids meal chicken nuggets we both been pukin n having bad diarrhea. Why do yall hate us? Neither of us ate anything but this together n we are both super sick now. I feel like this was intentional. Imagine if that kids meal had been for a kid n not an adult yall need to actually cook the food this is crazy. Worst customer service ever didn’t get his name but the one at the window 8/17 @ 7:50pm rude while ordering and his attitude was bigger than the building when we got up to the window. Definitely shouldn’t be working a service window.

This one is about as bad as Dothan called management he tells me to call back then ignores my calls. I called back many times with space in-between. I had to call another store for help. I’m asking for district at this point and have contacted corporate but looking at the rating I can not be surprised such bad service is underway. They need entirely new management at this point. Can’t enjoy food with such bad service. But I do thank the enterprise business for trying to help me and explain steps to take.

Walk in, and you have the option of ordering yourselves or heading to counter. Area looked clean, just some items out of place. Service was great and in a timely manner.

The chicken for my spicy chicken sandwich was basically cardboard. Not that I usually have high hopes for Wendy’s chicken, but this was the worst chicken I’ve ever had.

No issues in particular with the food. In that regard, I got what I expected from a Wendy’s. I just would expect the meal to inherently come with ketchup without having to ask but maybe I ask for too much… A big motivator for my second visit was to get a frosty only to be told that the machine was down. This is a huge pet peeve of mine especially when you heavily advertise new additions to your frosty’s menu to include swirls and whatnot. Just a let down that gives the impression of “lazy” whether the machine was broken or not. I try to be empathetic for the employees who have to clean the machine but if it’s on a menu, it’s fair game in my opinion.
I post this review after visiting two times within a span of 3 weeks. The biggest criticism I have is the time it takes for meal to be prepared. Both visits happened around 8:00 to 9:00 at night and each order for me took about 15 minutes. No one got food as they ordered going through the drive-thru and had to wait for the food to be brought out. By the time I place my order, there were already four vehicles ahead of me, parked and waiting for their food.
Visit only if you don’t anticipate on getting a frosty and have time to spare.
