Ordered online and came inside to eat in the dinning room area. Was ignored for a few minutes before a guy approached the counter and did not speak but motioned his head as to say ‘what do you want?’. I said I ordered in the app and pointed to the screen showing my order. I asked for my name. Nothing more was said as he put my order on the counter and walked off. Staff not very friendly based on this experience!

I placed a mobile order 30 minutes before they closed. it was 11:45 when we arrived. we went to pick it up and they wouldn’t even bother coming to the window. my partner got out and went to the window trying to flag someone down. A woman just shouted “we’re closed” multiple times and wouldn’t even ask him what he needed or anything. It was incredibly rude. if this location closes earlier, then they need to fix it in the app and on google. we didn’t get our food that we paid for. luckily I was able to cancel the order and get food elsewhere. I don’t care to support a business with employees who don’t uphold the company’s standards or rules.

Worst service I’ve ever seen! We stood at the counter while several staff members sauntered around, talked to each other and would not acknowledge us. After 15-20 minutes we gave up and went to Burger King next door where they served us right away. We are here from Canada and were looking forward to trying American Wendy’s. We’ve never felt so unwelcome.

Food was great and service was fast. However, the young lady that took my order at the drive thru was very rude. This was my first time at the new location, and I was very disappointed. I asked for a 5 dollar biggie bag and she told me that it was now six dollars. While I was explaining to her that there were two deals displayed, a 5 and a 6 dollar deal, she rudely cut me off saying “ Ok what kind of drink and what sauce you want sir!” In a very nasty tone. I had to ask her “ ok so which deal did you give me?” She replied in a rude nasty voice, “You got the 5 dollar biggie bag you can drive around “ ( the same deal she claimed was now 6) when I got to the drive thru I had to ask for my receipt twice. It’s impossible to describe in text the rude tone in this woman’s voice but it seemed that she didn’t want to be at work. I hope this isn’t the way everyone acts at this establishment. I won’t be eating here again.

Not a good experience. First we came to this one because it was the newest. Went to counter and waited for a good ten minutes and the staff just ignored us. We had to catch someone and asked what was going on. Then we’re told had to order at the kiosk and credit card only.
