I just took my family and a friend to the Wendy’s at 1101 Highway 231 S Troy, AL 36081. Our meal was poorly delivered. It took much too long as well. My order was not correct and the hamburger bun was stale. I don’t think it is the workers fault as they were understaffed for the night. Perhaps if you paid a living wage, you could hire more workers and run your store like the Wendy’s stores in the old days. I won’t go back.

My daughter ordered by the phone app. She pulled into the slot where she was ignored. She sufferes from anxiety and this sent her over the edge. She knocked on the door because it is locked and they still ignored her even though they have dine in open. I called the store and they said she had to get in line. They left out my sald and my husband’s burger. Poor service!! If I could I would give it negative numbers.

Went thru the drive thru at lunch. Didn’t have to wait long, super friendly staff. Only thing was we were missing a fry. Since we were passing thru I didn’t go back because we were already down the road.

Its july 4 and they had emergency crew from dothan which we did not know as we used drive thru… Lobby doors must have been locked as families were turning from doors… We ordered pub style sandwiches, classic not spicy… After sitting in line for 20 minutes(teen had a gift card, or no… Just no)… Did not check order… They gave us spicy chicken sandwiches on plain bun not pretzel bun and none of toppings for pub order… So beware of Troy, Alabama,, all students prob bailed for holiday… But no several restaurants were full… Just hoping to help fam with kids choose better option… Happy Fourth and be safe!!!

We came in around 5pm…we were the only customers and we waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich!! There was a couple who waited even longer for their food. Four employees “working” but no customers!! Very sad!! I USED to love Wendy’s…not anymore.
