Waited 20 min for a mobile order we placed ahead of time. The lady at the window was nice and working hard by herself. The manager was screaming at her to be faster while doing nothing. Our food was cold, there was no bacon on our bacon cheeseburgers, and no sauce for nuggets. It couldn’t have been a worse experience

I love Wendy’s in Troy Alabama. Always buy chili there when it turns cold. Yesterday, the beans in the chili were as hard as rocks. We couldn’t chew them up. I cooked it on my stove some more,too. Like rocks. Where in the world did Wendy’s get those beans???? Never had that to happen at Wendy’s in Troy. Food is always great..Please dump those beans.

I would give a lower rating if possible. After waiting 20 minutes for our order, we asked for a refund. We were told to wait a minute by the cashier while she waited on other customers. We finally gave up and left with no food and no refund. We will never eat there again.

Went thru the drive thru and was ask to pull over for two combos, no special order , for 37 minutes. Then my food was cold….. Be a great spot for a restaurant!!!!

My family and I were driving through Troy and needed to make a pit stop for dinner and to use the restroom. We opted for the drive through since we were hoping to make it to central FL by midnight. I was blown away at how hot and fresh our food was. My husband and I both got a spicy chicken sandwhich meal and cheeseburger kids meals for the littles. Hands down the freshest Wendy’s we’ve ever visited! Bathrooms were clean as well.

We got there just before the lunch rush as we passed through town. My guess is they were understaffed. One person taking orders and filling them. I appreciate if they were cooking stuff fresh, but a 15+ minute wait for food at a fast food chain is unacceptable. And they forgot one of my items too!! Luckily we were eating there and had not left without our food. It’s a college town, I was expecting better.

Customer service is horrible here and their food tastes different than other Wendy’s. The staff were rude and acted like they had no idea what customer service was. One of our burgers was almost completely pink and the chicken nuggets were slimy and weird tasting. Go to a different restaurant.

Absolute worst restaurant I have ever been to. Waited 30 minutes inside for my families order. A door dasher was in front of me and waited 45 minutes and eventually left. If you asked about your order no one knew and just rolled their eyes. It was like no one knew how to make food. If I was a door dasher I def. Wouldn’t pick up an order here.
