Please be careful buying from this location! They have a known issue with their POS system where they charge your order twice. I used my debit card and was charged twice for a transaction. I called and spoke with the store which was no help at all. They wanted to provide me a credit rather than give me money back.
I then was connected with one of the managers about this issue who is not located at the store. The charge eventually fell off after 5 business days. The main issue is they didn’t even care, nothing was offered for my inconvenience, no follow up was completed to confirm I got my money back, the money was taken out of bank account twice and I had to wait to get the money bank. They are aware about this issue and gave no confirmation they would be or are working on fixing this issue.
Please take your money somewhere else as the way they handled this was extremely poorly and their team should be reevaluated. What a terrible experience and hope this doesn’t happen to anybody else.

Service was friendly and fast. I had the Cheesey Beef on garlic bread with fries and my wife had a Chicago style hot dog! Everything was made to perfection! Very tasty! The fries are fresh cut in store! The fries size is HUGE! If you are with another person, I would recommend sharing an order. Can’t wait to go back and try one of their cheeseburgers! Highly recommend!

Very nice facility. Crew was friendly. Service was slow. Only one other customer. I do not understand why my order of one Beef sandwich took over five minutes. Now this is very subjective – I prefer a more flavorful beef. The seasonings were mild compared to other local beefs. The quantity of beef was ok but not generous. The bread also lacked the flavor I prefer. Again this is based on my personal preferences. Soft drinks are selfserve with free refills.

So I used to manage the hoffman estates vbeefshsck so I know all the standards the originals used so I’ll give my review based on that criteria to see how the food I got from the new age beefshack compared to when there were just 3 locations (none of which are no longer open).
Saving the best for last, so starting with the worst first. This was a typical issue at beefshack and any fast food place I’m sure the guy taking the order missed giving me a snack sauce even though I told him twice. And that wasnt even upsetting. It was expected. I would have been impressed if he hadnt forgotten something. But wasnt upset he did bc it happens. Next would be the quality of fries. They werent slightlyyy crispy like they should have been being fresh. But that also wasnt upsetting bc they were cooked enough and tasted just like the ones I made. And the cheesy beef on garlic with sweet peppers was amazing. Heavy enough and covered with cheese and 2 good size peppers. Overall amazing experience. And not sure who checks these now but you guys gave me a good first impression being the first time I’ve eaten at one that wasnt the originals. Next time I’m going to see how the shack salad is, that was one of my favorites
Oh and I was given/charged for 2 fries even though I asked for only one. That part kind of sucked and I couldnt understand enough over the intercom to catch it

Everytime you ask for something, extra straw, napkin or ketchup they always forget. How hard is it to remember to add these things. They don’t come out of your paycheck.

I had the opportunity to taste beef shack from a friend before even hearing about them, and i vouched to come and check them out then I could. It happen to be a Tuesday and they had hot dogs specials going on I believe $1. I definitely took advantage! I got a few and some cheese fries! Needless to say I’ll be coming here more often
