I used to love this location for it service, food quality and convenient location. My last few times visiting this location to pick up my online order has declined tremendously. The female employees are not friendly and lack professionalism. The male employees lack knowledge of how to do their job properly.

The pizza has a good flavor with a nice crispy crust. A slight sweetness in the sauce pairs nicely with the pepperoni.
But the flavor and presentation STOPS there.
The Ceasar salad was pre-packed and wilted….maybe 4 ounces at most.
The pasta (Alfredo sauce, chicken, bacon, mushrooms, and broccoli was under sauced, crunchy, and lacked creamy flavor.
The staff, while nice, courteous, and respectful… were new, undertrained, and left on their own to figure it out.
This is a HIGE disappointment as the pizza is SO good.
If I was asked to visit this place again I would decline based off this experience.

My little family and I go to Your Pie Snellville 2-3x per month. The food is good, the service is good, and it is a welcoming spot for all ages, including our toddler who loves both the pizza and gelato.
I really love the rapport between the staff. There is one manager (I think his name is Emmanuel) who has such great leadership presence – he has a perfect balance of keeping his staff aligned with operational expectations while also having some banter/laughs with them. You can tell the team enjoys working with him. Happy staff = happy pizzas. He also makes pizzas with such heart – I am always so excited when he is making my pizzas (takes time to really break up my spinach lol).
Solid spot in Snellville to eat with your family.

I took my mother in for a pizza. It was delicious, had lots of toppings on it and came out quickly.
The employees were very nice and helpful.
The restaurant was very clean, including the restroom.
This was our first visit but we will be back again. Especially since the location we used to frequent has shut down.

Outstanding Customer Service & Compassionate Staff — Even on a Cold, Rainy Day!
Today, we brought our middle school students to Your Pie in Lawrenceville, GA for a Community Skills outing — two classes (17 people including adults) from one school and another class (9 people including adults) from another.
It was cold and drizzling rain when we arrived, and before we could even knock, Ms. Catalina saw us coming. Instead of making us wait until opening time, she graciously opened the doors early and welcomed our kiddos inside to warm up.
Even more impressive, she was working alone at the time — taking orders, running the register, and making pizzas for 16 people before her help arrived. Through it all, she remained patient, calm, and kind.
When her coworker came in, he didn’t miss a beat — he jumped right in and kept the flow going seamlessly. Together, they served our group and other guests with professionalism, grace, and smiles.
Kudos to “Your Pie” for having such dedicated employees! Excellent teamwork, warm hospitality, and delicious pizza made for a wonderful community experience.

I’ve held off writing a review, because I knew they could do better. I’ve often said they jus need adult supervision.

The best part of Your Pie is being able to customize your pizza with a good variety of options, from the type of dough to the sauce to the cheese to the toppings. For my family, this is perfect because we all like different toppings. This time, one of us tried the keto-friendly crust and while it is clearly different from the typical crust, it tasted fine. It’s thinner, so the pizza felt a bit flimsy. Overall, a decent place to go for pizza.

First time to visit this location and in fact any Your Pie location and I was very impressed by the cordial and friendly nature of the staff. I must say that who ever runs this location should take great pride in the staff. The pizza is as expected, very good. You have lots of options from speciality pizzas to build your own that allows for limitless choices, except for blue cheese crumbles. They also have salads and gelato. Be sure to check out this fast, friendly and affordable pizza joint, you’ll be glad you did.
