the teens there need to be taught to not get on their phones in front of customers and attempt to stay professional until no one’s at the window. the flirting and getting extra close to eachother can wait til after clock out time. i’m a little disappointed, frankly. but that’s just because i’m also a fast food worker and know what’s appropriate and what’s not.

Ordered through Door Dash and my food was cold, salty and the fries were dark like the oil is old! This Wendy’s is the worst even with the young employees. I wasted $42 on some garbage called food! Do better.

First time trying this Wendy’s locatin in HUNTSVILLE! I was excited to Dine-in this fast food restaurant but unfortunately it was closed! Which was the only thing that I didn’t like about it. We had to drive through, there was a long line we waited for a while to get our food but it worth it very tasty Burger and fries. The service was fast, I noticed that employees were trying their best because it was very crowded they did a good job under that much pressure, the women cashier that works at drive through was very nice and friendly wish her all the best. Overall their food and service is good.

Ordered through doordash and as usual, my whole damn order was messed up. This is the same Wendy’s where I picked up a order one night and these 3 fools were hiding in the back so they didn’t have to work until close time. Nothing but a bunch of lazy people work here. Can’t even read a ticket when its simple- or you just dont give a damn. Nasty dry burger they gave me tonight. Door dash refunded my money but this is literally the third time. Regional managers need to get some people in here who actually want a job. Im gonna come back and edit my review once I find the 2 videos of these 3 fools hiding in the store for 45 minutes!! Lights on, drive thru open, but these 3 idiots were in the back peeking around the corner. Ignoring customers just so they wouldn’t have to deal with customers and make more food. Lazy people!!!

Imagine waiting 30+ minutes for food and pulling up to the window for the manager to walk right past you more than once to see that they are drinking also for a employee to hit your car because they are drunk this is a horrible stor and needs to be shut down they need a whole new night crew and manager

Ordered 4pc tenders on the mobile app. Was told they didn’t have them and they can replace it with 10pc nuggets. The nuggets cost $2 less so I explained that I’d be losing money by taking the substitution. They said I wasn’t losing money…. Does this Wendy’s just hire anybody? The night shift woman manager was the one who said this. Very disappointing that they cannot do simple math.

Service has not been great lately. Rude staff…that keep saying *What else* when I was ordering at the drive thru. So freaking rude !! Then ended with *pull around* just dry and rude. Management need to take note and have employees trained properly in how to deal with the public that is supporting the business and enabling them to have jobs. I wish as a collective we could boycott places that keep bad employees…and let these businesses feel the costs of losing customers. Just tired of the bad service around many of these fast food places.

First, we ordered a family nugget. As you can see from the signage it was supposed to be $12.99. However, we were charged $14.99. When we questioned this, we were told that what we were charged was the new price. There was no effort to make this right. Secondly, several customers who ordered after us received their food before we finally decided to ask about our food. When we questioned when we would get our food, we were told it was coming up and that they were short staffed. But, we pointed out that the customers who ordered after us were receiving food that we ordered. They just said that they are short staffed, like it was okay that they skipped us whether by accident or on purpose. Also, my husband watched as one of the hamburgers we ordered sat on a counter top for ten minutes. They were going to serve us this! Instead of listening to what we were saying, the employees chose to argue with us. The front end employee had the audacity to talk bad about my husband to my face. There are a lot of places short staffed, but those places still have good customer service.

I ordered ahead and it took me 30 minutes to get to the window because I had to go through the drive thru to pick up. Someone had a wreck in the parking lot it was so many cars. How are they staying open to 2am and can’t erm survive at 10 at night. The menu speaker box to order at was zip tied up. They need some help at this store.
