This location is close to my house. It’s not bad as far as the food, you get what you paid for. Going through the drive-thru is a bit nerve-wracking based on the fact you have alot of people hanging in front of this establishment and even the drive thru windows has someone standing by the actual windows with a sign. I know times is hard and we have a lot of the homeless population hanging around but you would think by the windows where they take your cash it is a bit serving. Ijs

My son and I who is eight were the only two people in the stores and the restaurant was not busy If we could give this store a 0 we absolutely would. My burger did not have all the ingredients on it and neither did the tacos and when I asked for it to be remade the two girls that were working on the front said if she could’ve just taken it and been happy. I Had no problem taking it and being happy with it which is why I asked for the sauce on the side but the manager offered to remake it. Also they were cussing at the front counter and talking about personal business in front of my son I told them that I had my eight year old son with me which didn’t seem to bother them. That’s besides the point I’ll let the pictures speak themselves. A Sidenote to the manager and Jack at the Jack-in-the-Box corporation I have a video of the girls full on cussing carrying away and on the counter unfortunately I cannot add that to Google. I’m not trying to be a “Karen” and I’m not one to complain I could’ve just eaten there ignored their rude comment and the dirty dining room and bathrooms And just never gone there again but the fact that I have to get this upset because their lack of respect for not only me and my son for obviously any customer due to their rude service and The fact that they were totally OK with allowing customers pay to sit and dine and use the restroom in those dirty conditions what is the cherry on top.

Horrible customer service, they had no inventory. They told us they had it and when we got to the window they didn’t have it.. They forgot certain items in our order, gave us wrong sizes and some of the food was old and overcooked. It was by far the worst jack in the box I have ever experienced. We spent nearly $60 and had items missing from the order, they were even out of dr pepper and oreos for their $6 milkshake (size small by the way) I will never spend my money at this location ever again.

I enjoy going to Jack in the box on Noorwood as it’s right by my work. I know the area is hectic with the amount of homeless in the area but the workers are nice, fast and they do a good job.

I used the drive through, and I probably gave the lady my order at least five times and she still got it wrong. When we got home, the food was sloppy and not appetizing. I doubt that I’ll come back to this specific Jack In the box. The food was way overpriced for the quality that we received.
