Whoever took our order was less than enthusiastic to put it mildly. One drink ordered was the Frosty cappuccino… there was nothing frosty about it! It was iced coffee with no sweetener. Terrible! The girl at the window handed me the drink and never said a word. No thank you, no nothing. The burgers were just okay. More tomato than anything else. If I had not been in a hurry I would have gone inside and demanded my money back.

I’ve been going to this location for years and have honestly never had a bad experience. I’ve never encountered rude service or a wrong order given. Everything is always on point each time I go. I believe in giving credit where credit is due and I think this is the best location in Huntsville.

I have never dealt with such a rude person in a drive thru. She was cutting me off the whole time and kept saying “hello!” While I was looking at the menu. Then she started to ask another customer inside if what they wanted to drink, and when I responded she came back with “not you, I do have other customers in here.”

Listen, I don’t go to a fast food restaurant and expect top of the line service, or even the workers to be friends with me or anything like that. Just the bare minimum. Give me the food I asked for, tell me how much it’s gonna cost, give me an option for the receipt. These guys just phone it in every time I come. Wrong items and hostile workers. I’ll try my luck elsewhere.

This is normally my favorite Wendy’s location. Tonight (Friday at 9:30) they are OUT of spicy chicken sandwiches, OUT of French fries and so I asked to buy a couple of their cookies. Guess what, they’re out (they just GAVE the last two to some kids). Tonight was also the dirtiest I’ve ever seen this Wendy’s. Dave must be whirling in his grave.
