Only had one window open in the drive thru and seemed to want to rush the second window. Shoved food out and slammed window. Almost forgot the drinks, had at sit and wait for them to come back to window to get drinks and still didn’t get the large sweet tea. Customer service was a 0! I understand it’s fast food but I feel it could’ve been a bit better!

Wow… I’m not going to lie.. this Wendy’s location is amazing.. very clean, organized, and professional.. the food tastes good and fresh. The lobby A/C was hitting ❄️☃️ and the staff were great.

The time it takes to get your food. And then you see when the car in front of you is at window. The employees are just talking and cutting up while your food is already setting there. Instead of giving you your food it just sets there so long that the ice has already melted. And that’s every time I have been there. Drive thru or inside.

Didn’t get my burger right, so I tried to go inside to get it corrected, but the door was locked. Had to get back into the drive through line to get the order corrected and after I got the new burger it wasn’t the right one. Bad experience and will not be returning. However the young lady taking orders at the drive through/working the window was very nice

We were told that there were no fries and we would still be charged normal price. Didn’t fix my burger right because i asked for a chicken blt but all I got was a chicken sandwich with no bacon.They were laughing in the drive thru. They were rude and unprofessional.I asked for ketchup and she said they didn’t have it and continued to laugh in our face!

Went through the drive thru. Order taker was helpful in getting our food order correct. Did not have to wait at pick up window for order. It was late and we were tired, but stopping at Wendy’s was a GREAT place for chicken nuggets, fries, and a salad.
