To be honest if there was a zero rating star that’s what I would Give! I will not be back. The experience is terrible the food ia awful, the swrvice sucks (especially the black manager lady didn’t catch her name and the girl named cindy their attitudes are terrible, they talk to their customers like dirt!) Apparently there is a need for new staff in the store some people who actually care about customers ! I’m so disappointed because we love wendys we would eat here all the time but not with this staff ! Or not until these 2 are gone.

Went here for lunch today 4/1/23 and was met at the entrance by an employee screaming at me and another patreon that they were closed. We both tried to ask if the drive-thru is open but she kept yelling at the top of her voice that they were closed. I can understand if there having staffing issues but yelling at customers in public making a spectacle of both you and the company your representing is disrespectful, embarrassing and unexcusable.

Ordered 30 Baconator breakfast sandwiches for our breakfast at Gaston Powerplant, Wendy app only allow to order 10 so I called the restaurant and they were very helpfull setting up and made the 30 very good Baconators made with extra bacon in less than a half hour ready for pickup when I arrived, excellent kind service and excellent made Baconators, we will do this many times over again

I don’t see how this Wendy’s is still open. I normally don’t write reviews. Service is horrible. Food is worse. Never hot n I mainly come in right at the start of lunch. Order a bacon sandwich it had 1 piece of Bacon broken in half. . They need a real overhaul in this restaurant

I’ve noticed at this location, service is very slow inside and via drive-thru. I’m seeing some new workers so hopefully, things will pick up. It’s always been a favorite for me. Their food and choices are delicious. They have Doordash for delivery.

Whoever the lady running the drive thru on 12/29/22 around 1:45 pm was is very rude. She had an attitude the entire time,even at the speaker,and slammed the window after giving me my food. The entire thing made me uncomfortable. If you do not like working with the public, maybe a customer service job isn’t for you.
