It’s not always about getting exotic or gourmet food. Some times it boils down to comfort. Today I wanted try the Loaded Nacho burger. This particular Wendy was fairly busy for mid afternoon. The food is generally consistent at all Wendy’s however at this location I was impressed with the staff behind the counter. The gentleman working the register was doing his very best to personally attend to each and every customer. He would apologize for any inconvenience even though I did not see any and went out of his way to make sure that each customer had everything they asked for or needed. It’s service like that that generally goes unnoticed. I will say this Wendy’s food is good, but the staff and service was excellent. I would highly recommend anyone to stop here if you’re passing through.

Stopped by after leaving old baker farm on a field trip. It’s 1:30pm. It is one customer dining in. A few cars in drive thru. Both orders where incorrect. As were the remakes. The food was cold and the fries were horrible. I definitely won’t stop here again. I also don’t recommend, but to each it’s own if you would like to try it.

I order the number 11 which is a chicken sandwich and when I got to to open it it was a Dave’s double cheeseburger then I try to call and no one answered. And I did get a receipt so I couldn’t even bring it back.

Ordered 30 Baconator breakfast sandwiches for our breakfast at Gaston Powerplant, Wendy app only allow to order 10 so I called the restaurant and they were very helpfull setting up and made the 30 very good Baconators made with extra bacon in less than a half hour ready for pickup when I arrived, excellent kind service and excellent made Baconators, we will do this many times over again

Usually the food is fresh and good… I would say that you have to catch them.at a good time. But this visit we requested hot fries…. still gave cold. Second time mixed cold and hot. Third time requested no salt… they were ok. Sometimes old grease will mess up everything to.

Went thru drive. Ordering was pleasant enough. Got to window paid – not sure how much- amount was mumbled and didn’t get a receipt, was given my drink, got my food, had to ask for my frosty. and then I tested a fry. Said to girl that fries were cold, she said ‘sorry’, and turned her back on me. Needless to say, I will not be going back there. And certainly will be telling friends of my experience. Shame, because I usually really like Wendy’s.

As soon as we walked to the door for the dining area we were met by a employee saying she was closing the dining room due to short staff. Then we ordered at the window and they put shredded cheese not even enough just a pinch on my hamburger and didn’t fill the fry cup. I counted at least 10 fries. And the bacon on my hamburger was extremely hard i couldnt even bite it

I would NOT recommend this location.
Waited over 5 minutes for a burger that was made incorrectly and with buns hard enough to break a tooth on. The apple pecan salad had chicken on it that’s clearly old and dried out. Managers Jackson and Candy were of no assistance whatsoever. Their only option to remedy the horrible experience was for me to get back in traffic and drive there to get it remade. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had here and I won’t be back again. If this is the quality of the food you provide to customers then you don’t deserve any.
Words of advice, don’t serve food you wouldn’t eat yourself and do a better job with hiring people who can show up and do the job correctly.

I got the maple bacon chicken croissant for breakfast. It was excellent. The employee was polite in the Drive-thru. I would give 5 stars but their drinks are always low carbonation and low flavor. These Coke branded special touchscreen drink machines use these small cartridges that don’t get changed often enough or maybe the “mix” is just off on ALL of these. If I’m paying almost $3 for a carbonated drink, I want it to be tasty and bubbly. Wendy’s food is top notch for fast food though.

I was feeling kind of famished and wanted a nice juicy burger and decided on Wendy’s. The drive-through was very busy, so I parked and went inside. The floors in the back area were soaked with dirty, greasy water, and a young lady stated she was attempting to clean the floors . The workers were dressed in street clothes and did not have any of the required sanitary attire (i.e. hair net’s, gloves, etc.). The place looked and smelled bad. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and departed the store. Dave Thomas is flipping over in his grave . It’s totally not the Wendy’s I grew up on.
