Ordered ultimate pepperoni pizza even clicked on Xtra pepperoni. Came to the house with zero pepperoni. Rather than offering another pizza offering to give me free pizza next time. We are three mins away from store. We have been ordering pizza 7 years from there. Richard brings it every time. He’s great. Rest of store needs training

I’ve ordered from this store 4 times in the last 2 or so months and each of those orders had something wrong with it
1st order came in with the toppings slid all over the place with nothing on half of the pizzas and the other half a total disaster
2nd order took over 45 minutes to arrive and was room temp the driver also forgot the drink and two sauces
3rd order the driver spent 30 minutes in my complex then drove back to the store claiming to have called me but never did ( the manager did come through and remade the pizzas and redelivered them nearly 2 hours after the order was placed )
4th order looked like they ran out of ingredients for the second pizzas and said “screw it” there was no parmesian on the crust a total of 6 jalapeños and “bacon” that was over a half inch thick but only on about half the pizza ( atleast this order had a new driver who made it here in 10 minutes )
The main issue has been one driver in particular

I felt bad for him because he’s maybe 70 years old so I didn’t write in for a refund or to complain but 4 times in a row is just awful

This is our Friday night ritual now and I love it. We do the 6.99 special and everyone is able to order their own item. I enjoy the Philly cheese sub, my grandchildren order pizza and my daughter enjoys the pasta.

I drive 5 extra miles from my nearest dominos to come to this one because the food is way better and the service is top tier. It must be a corporate store because the employees really seem to care here. Lady tonight hooked me up with the best pizzas I think I’ve gotten from a dominos all while wearing an amazing jack skellington costume. 10/10 thank you so much!

Slowest Domino’s ever. When you order ahead and expect the pizza to be done when you arrive, they haven’t even started it yet. People are chilling in the back and there are only two orders on the board. Just sad to say the least. May just switch back to Pizza Hut. Better service around here.

Was excited to try to 19.99 deal (2 medium pizzas, garlic knots, cinnamon twists & a 2 liter) but when the food was delivered I was very disappointed.. my sausage pizza was burnt and did not look appetizing at all, it smelled weird like the sausage was old. The cinnamon twist were over cooked. I also ordered an 8 piece buffalo wings and the chicken was rubbery and soft with barely any sauce on them. When I called to see what management he would do about my order he was no apologetic at all, he had an excuse for everything wrong with my order. He offered half off my next order but what makes him think I wanna order from them again ?? All I wanted was another pizza sent that was properly cooked & even offered to send a pic of the pizza he had delivered to me even though im sure he was aware it wasn’t up to standards. Overall my experience at this dominos was AWFUL, they rush through orders and their food is not good. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store to anyone.

Don’t waste your time it money..ordered 2 thin crust pep pizzas last night ordered 615 pick them up at 645..now thin crust is thin crust i looked at em before I left (everyone should do) they looked a little overcooked but I was hungry and tired …got em home they were the worst pizzas ever, not enough sauce., and the cheese was semi burned, and the crust was like cardboard. I think the boxes wood have tasted better. Not again, next time I’ll drive farther or use local places….

So the pizza was basically a soup made of cheese. Sounds delicious but that’s not what you expect in a pizza. The guy sectioned it wrong and didn’t cook it enough so it was a little raw on some places. It also tasted bad.
