I wish the Wendy’s in Madison and Suwanne County Florida would be this good! Everything was right, fresh, hot and delicious. I mentioned I was having my birthday lunch with my son an a few of the crew went out of their way to say happy birthday to me. I ordered a son of a baconator and 10 piece nuggets to go. Got to my vehicle and started driving took a bite of my sandwich and it was cold. Not even room temperature. Nuggets were hot and warm. Waste of my money because I could t even eat my burger.

Pulled into this Wendy’s around 1:30 p.m. on a Saturday. After waiting for 45 minutes, we finally received our food. Although the food was fine, the tables were disgusting and there were crowds of people standing around also waiting for their food. Then when we tried to leave, there was a line of 10 cars trying to exit the property, because the traffic lights nearby are not conducive to letting tractor trailers out onto the main road. All in all, I will do my best to remember not to come to this Wendy’s again in the future. We will try to find a different exit

This place is located within the gas station. The lines were long, however, the food was hot, and the service was good. The prices are the same as a normal Wendy’s, and not inflated due to location.

Why can’t we give negative stars on this?!? I would never go back to this Wendy’s, ever! One of the male employees handing out food inside of this gas station Wendy’s combo cussed at my husband and threw the bbq sauce we had requested into our bag. They got our order wrong and we didn’t even go back to get it fixed bc of how awful this place was.

I’ve never had breakfast at Wendy’s, and I have to say, it was very good. Cost was higher than other fast food places, but the quality tasted better. Coffee was fine-not high quality-but tasted just okay. For all the people in Wendy’s, they got our food out very, very fast.
