Huge shoutout to this Wendy’s! My kids were being a bit loud, but Rosemary at the register was so sweet and patient—she totally made us feel at home. The GM also helped with my first order and you can just tell the whole staff is happy to be there. Food was super fast and fresh. Definitely a 10/10 stress-free meal

Ordered two #1 meals. Food was not overly hot, but tasted good. Service was good and staff was friendly. My sticking point is the $24.78 price tag. I know it takes $$$ to run a business and pay staff, but that was ridiculous. Won’t go back to ANY Wendy’s. They are pricing themselves out of business.

1-12. Stop in to purchase a couple of things quick. Lady in front of me is on her phone doing something after no movement for a couple of minutes I ask employee at the register if she can take my order while we are waiting. No she can’t a new low in customer service

After ordering my food through drive thru I went to the window to pay. They owed me a penny for change. The cashier says I don’t have any pennies so I won’t be getting any change. I explained to her that this is a multi-billion dollar corporation and that it’s unacceptable to not give the customer back the correct change. She turns and says are you really gonna cause a problem about a penny. So now it’s on. I told her that I was not moving my car until they make it right. And that I wanted my God damn penny. She flips out yelling at me that I can’t curse and tells me that there are signs every where about not having pennies. Which of course there were none. I have photos showing no signs anywhere. Then the General Manager tells me I’m not welcome back anymore . The cashier then proceeds to give me the finger after I cursed some more. Having been in the restaurant business for years in NY, the loss doesn’t fall on the customer it falls on the business. The right thing to do would have been for them to give me a nickel back since they couldn’t make the proper change for a penny. Ever since the new General Manager has taken over this location it has gone downhill….

Ordered through the app and drive-thru. Staff was friendly. It took a bit to get our order, but it was rather large. There was an issue with one item, but they exchanged it when we walked back in with it. I wish the staff didn’t yell at each other over who made the mistake on the order. It’s just a burger, not an o-ring on the space shuttle.

This is supposed to be 2 baconator burgers and as you can see all I got was 1 half piece of bacon on each sandwich. Absolutely the worst Wendy’s establishment in the state of Florida. Don’t even bother to come here for a meal you will be very disappointed.

When we walked in the lady at the counter looked miserable to be there. She gives us cups to go get fountain drinks with knowing the machine only has sugar free soda then when we bring her the cups back so she can fill them up behind the counter she had an attitude. My boyfriends order was wrong, my burger had 2 top buns. Then when we were leaving my son wanted a refill of his coke and we stood there 10 minutes to be ignored finally she walked over gave him a new cup, slid it across the counter and it almost spilled everywhere. This was my first time at this location and will be my last. Horrible experience.

Complete incompetence. That’s the only way to describe my experience. When the manager cannot even take an order for a very simple menu item I have a problem with that restaurant. Will never come to this Wendy’s again!
