This place said that they do not give water cups anymore. They also had no napkins. They also had multiple chairs located on tables suggesting they don’t want anybody to actually eat in their restaurant. Chipotle‘s are so hit or miss. This one is a miss and a mess. Come on local manager, make this better.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever eaten at. The lady running the cash register was rude, and when I asked for a manager, the manager was even more rude. All I wanted was a cup to drink water out of. I was rudely informed that my options were to purchase a fountain drink, or buy a bottle of water. On top of that the fork dispenser was empty, as well as the napkins. the food was mid at best. Too much salt. Where is corporate oversight??? Included are pictures of general lack of care and filth.

SLOPPY SERVICE AND SLOPPY FOOD
First issue: I ordered a burrito thru the website. The website doesn’t give the option to add vinaigrette, so I requested it when I arrived at the physical location. The girl at the counter barely acknowledged me when I asked for the vinaigrette, but she responds with “the register doesn’t work so I can’t give it to you”. Seriously? I’m sure it’s less than $2.00 for a container of vinaigrette. I don’t feel like that would have hurt Chipotles pockets too bad.
Second issue: The burrito was an absolute MESS! A 5 year old could wrap Christmas presents blind folded better than this.

DASHER REVIEW
Open walking into this establishment I noticed that things were kind of hectic. But that was more likely because it was lunch time and you know how that goes into Chipotle. The staff was active in getting things done. No one was standing around wasting time and that’s always a good thing when you’re trying to get in and get out around lunch time when things are busy.
The food is a typical Chipotle like food in these type of restaurants like here and Moe’s etc.
I do recommend coming here at this location for a quick bite just not necessarily around lunch time if you can help it.

The food is good. When ordering, they have one person doing the hot items, one person doing the cold items, another person telling the cashier what to ring in like they all aren’t shoulder connected. But the windows are dirty, other places in the restaurant are dirty. I’m just looking outside and that’s all I see, unpleasant.

I haven’t walked in to a chipotle in a very long time and just dreaded being side it. (We are from out of town first timers) & I will be back here every time we are in town Jonia was gracious and our food looks amazing. Sure build the bowl with care.
The kitchen from my standing was the cleanest.

Ordered a steak bowl and received the worst tasting and looking food. I had Door Dash deliver to my hotel. The rise was hard and clumpy as if it had hardened and was the bottom of the pan. The were the fewest black beans I’ve ever received and the steak was overcooked. Had to order food from somewhere else as this was not edible. Avoid at all costs and go to one further away from the Embassy Suites in Concord. Maybe they treat their delivery order with more care and concern.

We were some of the first customers and every single table inside and outside were covered in food, crumbs or sticky. It looked like the night shift quit and left morning shift in a bind. The gentleman making our bowls was friendly and food was served hot. Couldn’t make our drinks because we had to wait for an employee to finish talking before getting the ice machine filled after asking. Water standing in floor where you order with no signage.

Chipotle’s standards have dropped so low, it’s scary. This has been my experience at every Chipotle I’ve visited in the past year. When I walk up to the counter, it’s almost like it’s my job to speak first. Nobody asks me what I’d like, “how can I help you,” nothing. They stand there staring at me like we’re in a staring contest. No smile, NOTHING, just a vacant face staring back at me waiting for me to tell them what I want. Once I tell them I’d like a burrito, they whip the tortilla out of the bag as if they’re so inconvenienced by my order then rush me along with the usual “white or brown, black or pinto.” Their service is atrocious, customer service is a thing of the past with this new generation of workers. They never ask you if it’s for here or to-go and just start bagging everything up, then when I tell them I’d like to eat here they act so inconvenienced and start slapping things on a tray with no baskets for the burritos. As if that’s not enough, I haven’t been to a clean Chipotle in years. Look at these pictures I posted, this is every Chipotle I’ve seen this year. NOT ONE table is wiped off, trashes are ALWAYS overflowing, no napkins, utensils spread all over the place. The health inspector must work for Chipotle because I have no idea how they keep their score over 90. I even saw one person come out and take one trash out, leaving the other overflowing… then he went back behind the counter, didn’t wipe any tables off, restock napkins or straighten utensils. These places are disgusting nowadays. I shouldn’t have to bring wipes with me to clean the table every time I come to Chipotle, but I do, because this is the new standard… it can be expected. Oh, and both bathroom lights were out…ridiculous. Ultimately, this is the company’s fault at the highest levels. They’ve obviously lowered their hiring standards and are hiring people who don’t care about their business. Corporate needs to fire and rehire all new management, then implement mass retraining. It’s so sad to see this once great restaurant fall this far. I’m done with Chipotle, my dining experience shouldn’t be stressful.

HORRIBLE experience. I had placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 8:50pm. I arrived a little early so I patiently waited and sat down. The staff was ignoring my order and taking forever to make it in a nearly empty restaurant. One of the employees was scraping something on or off of my food. She then had the nerve to yell at me from across the restaurant to ask me what I ordered on my meal. I guess she was unable to read the order right in front of her. I was shocked that the employees would yell at me, and when I responded, she yelled “HUH?!” I then told my husband to grab the food instead because I was floored by their absolute lack of professionalism and decorum. The employee then walked to the entry of the restaurant to berate my husband. No clue why she was unable to walk up to me instead of screaming across the restaurant. Absolutely ridiculous. Get it together.
