I had a very unpleasant experience at this Wendy’s location. The restaurant was extremely unsanitary, I saw a cockroach, the place had a strong bad odor, and there was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling. This alone was enough to make me uncomfortable eating there.
On top of that, the customer service was awful. The cashier was rude, and when my order was incorrect, the manager was unprofessional and dismissive instead of trying to fix the issue. The lack of basic courtesy and cleanliness is unacceptable for a restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Checkers or even Taco Bell is better and cheaper.

I come to this Wendy’s store at least once a week, and I always have a great experience. Also, the staff is always so sweet and welcoming, especially Pauline, who always greets her customers with a smile.

I got the grilled chicken sandwich, and a sour cream & chive baked potato.The food was fresh and hot. Also the summer strawberry salad is great. You won’t be disappointed. I just wish I could get this salad all year, but it’s seasonal. The staff had a great attitude they were all friendly, and very helpful.

Put in a mobile order to pickup in drive thru. Sat in the drive thru for 27 minutes and when I finally get to the window they tell me they have to drop more spicy nuggets and that I need to drive around the block and park in a mobile order spot and that it will be about five minutes. I’ve been sitting out here for 15 minutes and nobody has brought my order out. Tried calling and nobody answered the phone. This location has gone downhill and I will think twice about ever ordering here again.

First thing I always look at upon entering any place is the floor. Awesome. Very rarely mistakes happen but after all we are human. They fix it. No grumbling and they apologize for it. Food is always very warm and delicious.

So I ordered a large drink
The staff including the manager tells me that they can’t fill my cup up to the top. So you pay for a full drink and get half! I will NEVER, EVER GO BACK TO WENDYS. They basically ripped me off and told me oh well this is the policy. I’m quite sure it’s not but don’t worry, you will not get any more of my money. $5 biggie bag!

Lona gave amazing customer service! I placed an order online multiple times and it just wasn’t connecting with their computers. In short, Lona was excellent, the place was packed as the high school had just let out and she was friendly and helpful and got it all fixed for me! I don’t write many reviews but I felt she needed to be acknowledged.
