My little sister and I come here often and every time we do, our order is constantly getting messed up somehow. Not only that, but the attitudes of the employees that work the windows are awful. No friendly greeting at the speaker, the window employees make me feel unwelcomed and just uncomfortable. They just toss your food at you without saying a word. I work at Jack’s right across the street so I know what it’s like working customer service, and I know that having a friendly, welcoming attitude is one of the most important things not only for business but for reputation. Do better McDonald’s!!

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. The fries were dipped twice (yes McDonalds, we can tell). The chicken was a color I’d never seen on a chicken and it tasted like it was fried in burnt grease? Anyways, the garbage can loved it. You shouldn’t pass off your failures in the drive thru. Total waste of money and you screwed me over. Take some pride in what you do and be a little more respectful to your customers. This wasn’t even fit food for my dog.

We love McDonald’s. Their breakfast is always delicious. My husband likes the sausage biscuit and I like the bacon egg and cheese. If we are dining in we get the breakfast platter. As far as the other meals we switch them up. We like the two Cheeseburger meal, the Big Mac, and the Quarter Pounder meals. Their hot chocolate is also good. The ice cream is delicious,as well as the caramel sundaes. My husband likes the Oreo dessert. For another sweet treat their apple pies are delicious.

Bathrooms are FILTHY! They look like they haven’t been cleaned in a year!…Toilet paper holders, toilet bowl gross, pipes turning colors, ceiling vent dropping down dust clumps and sinks unusable. Lady at counter was OK but I am almost 65; don’t call me “sweetie”. Food not good: Daily double luke warm and sliding off to one side. Fries were inedible- they had been sitting around too long so they threw them back into the fryer to warn up- hard and grease soaked. Total waste of $7. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

It is what it is, but good grief this poor Big Mac should have been taken to pasture. Probably the worst Big Mac I’ve ever had. Wasn’t even about to go back up to the counter to complain, took a while to get this poor specimen. Plus the manager on duty wasn’t in a good mood already. Lesson learned, thanks buddy for the recommendation. Should have went to Jacks instead.

Got to McDonald’s at 10:39 a.m. Once ordered, we waited forever for very terrible food. The fries were burnt, my snack wraps were poorly put together, the Big Mac had too much sauce and little lettuce. The Coke and Sprite we got had no flavor. It was just fuzzy water. They told us to pull up to the front because our food still wasn’t ready. We drank our drinks, it was bad. My fiancé went inside to swap out drinks. Here come an employee with the food. She just stood there while I struggled to roll down the window on the drivers side. (I’m sitting passenger) I asked why didn’t she give the food to my partner that went inside? She just walked away.
So I’m never going there again. Terrible food and terrible experience.

Nothing like realizing 2 bites in your sausage is undercooked on one side. Stringy soft. This mcds needs a total revamp on management. Waiting forever at the window to be served cold food. I usually do not stop at this store but did today because it was close on my long drive during work.
