Poor customer service! When I got home I realized they gave me someone else’s order. I drove back to Wendy’s with the wrong order and my receipt. The girl behind the counter said “we thought you’d be back” Not “I am so sorry” NOT any apology! They claim that they made new sandwiches because it had been about 15-20 minutes that the sandwich I ordered had been sitting. I asked if they could also give me a hot fresh order of fries because the ones in the bag from the wrong order are now 20 minutes cold. The girl said “I don’t think we can do that” She checked with the manager on duty, who told her that she needed to call the general manager on the phone in order to see if she could give me new fries, because after all… I did get the fries that I ordered. I waited for a while while the young lady behind the counter went to hide with the manager and discuss my ridiculous request, and probably the fact that I couldn’t believe this was such a big deal! After being ignored for several minutes, I called out the the manager on duty and asked that she please give me hot fresh fries for my order. She said fine and the young lady behind the counter scooped fried into the container and put them in my bag. When I got home, my sandwich was not hot, in fact it was almost cold and the fries were barely warm. I wonder if they remade the sandwich or just pretended to…If it is such a big deal to give fresh fries, I can only imagine what would happen if they had to throw away a chicken sandwich. Wendy’s markets how hot and fresh their french fries are supposed to be. I saw her scoop the fries into the container, so everyone was getting the same barely warm fries.

Not happy. Family of four. Spent about $35. Asked for if i can have 6 sweet and sour sauces, worker responded: “not really” and handed us four sauces. Ordered 2 drinks and received 1 straw. There was no one else ordering in the line, so not sure why we were treated this way. Drive thru approximately at 1:40pm. The worker who took our order is named Melissa.

Look, i love Wendy’s. Their spicy chicken is really good, and never had a problem with my orders. The staff is great and very polite and professional. All that being said, WHY!! Are they charging almost $12 for a Spicy chicken combo…? Im not rich, when it was $8 i was like ok, any higher and ill have to stop comming. So, now until they drop the price, ill stick to cheaper options around town. If you can afford it, go for it. Their food is really good. Just to rich for my pockets.

i wanted a baconator soo bad so i went into the drive thru and the sign said they were understaffed so i was like ok i’ll wait 🙂 and then i waited for 10 years and nobody even said anything and i was like ??? so tried to go inside and the dining room was closed and decided to give up but when i pulled around the side of the restaurant i saw someone in the kitchen dancing around and doing a photo shoot? they looked really good so i’m happy for them but not at work! like some of us are waiting for you and ur ghosting us omg ughh so not cutie

So i used my mobile app to get a baconator which i had enough points {800}add that in and with other orders. Checked my bag before leaving and ask the drive thru clerk wheres my baconator ? It was not added un my order and spoke with the manager and showed my app that my points was used. Guess what!!!! Sorry ma’am its not in the order and i lost my 800 points!! Now i gotta call customer service to get my points back. I wont be going back at that Wendy’s location!!! I wish i could give them a zero!

My food was good but I didn’t get my complete order. Forgot my JBC and no one to answer the phone to let them know it wasn’t in either of my bags. Also, no hot sauce or sour cream for my chili on my 4th try at this location. Just say no when I ask for sour cream if Dave Thomas tells you guys not to give it out…

The food was good. But I am giving a low rating because the customer service was terrible!! They all acted like they hated their lives being there and were so rude in the drive thru. If you hate your job so much, go find another one. Don’t take it out on the customers. I was there 07/30/2022 at about 11:15 am
