I’ve been coming to this restaurant 3 times a week since February. Yesterday was the only time I’ve ever ordered food close to closing time. Not only did the employees do an absolutely horrendous job of making my sandwich they also forgot two toppings and I paid extra for one of those toppings. It looked like a total slop job. Clearly I learned my lesson on ordering from this restaurant an hour before close Because as you can tell from these pictures the last thing on their mind was making food. They wanted to leave. Tell me people do you think this is what a $12 meal should look like? Here is a picture of the sandwich and the receipt showing what they forgot to put on the sandwich.

Recently got a job near this location and went here for lunch for the first time. Ordered a sandwich that ended up being made incorrectly. I called as soon as I realized it and spoke to the manager, Tiffany. She made me a new sandwich and when I arrived 3 minutes later it was ready for me.
The sandwich was delicious. I got a Club Lulu on wheat.
I appreciate the delicious sandwich and I appreciate how quickly Tiffany corrected the problem with my original sandwich. I’ll definitely come back to this place. Friendly and good customer service.

Great location for the area! I’m in Earth City for work and often stop here. Super freaky fast service, great people, and high quality. Only thing I recommend for them is possibly a WiFi option but I don’t think many people are trying to work out of JJ’S like I am! Very minimal issue considering the great quality of everything else.

Constantly screws up delivery orders and the team members aren’t on the same page. I placed an order online and my order was messed up, when I called the local team I was told it was either my fault or corporates fault and that it would take 20-30 minutes to get a replacement sandwich. After an hour I tossed the bad sandwich in the garbage because it was starting to leak and when I called back to receive an eta they told me that nobody was coming and that they were too busy to replace my sandwich. I was then lectured for throwing away the sandwich and I was told that no refund would be processed and the team member hung up on me. If you order from here make sure you watch them prepare the food and verify that everything is correct, often times I have to remind the team members of items they “forget” such as pickles. Thanks for wasting my time and preventing me from eating lunch due to your mistake with your corporate program!
