Went to the new location on Cortez Rd. It was really nice and super clean. The staff was friendly as well. I picked up my mobile order and everything was correct. We got a bunch of food that we wanted to try. The food was fresh and tasted good. Will be going back.

It is a new Wendy’s location. The staff was great. They were so patient with us it has been awhile since we went inside so we had time to look at the whole menu instead of feeling rushed in drive thru. The food was delivered quick and hot. Inside was clean had to find place that have clean tables at fast food. But the best part was the staff. They had good attitudes, friendly and very helpful. Great Job thank you.

Poor management. Shabre was extremely rude. Went through the drive-thru, ordered. One if things I ordered was a Cobb salad. Paid. Waited on food. Get half the order. So as I’m setting there still waiting on the salad I ordered. I was told they don’t have it. And slams the window. OK, cool. You couldn’t just say that in the beginning. If you hate your job that much. Why work there? Definitely won’t be going back to this store.

This is a brand new store that opened up just a few weeks ago, so everything about the building is new and fresh. I ordered inside, although they have a drive-through as well. The staff was friendly and you will find the usual Wendy’s fare of food, such as burgers, fries, and Frosty’s. It is located on a corner, so it is easy to get in and get out.

Went through the drive thru to order my food, got to the window Shabre seemed to have an attitude and looked dumbfounded when I was trying to make sure one of the sandwiches was correct and that the drink I had ordered was supposed to be in a combo instead got charged for an extra drink. She forgot the one sandwich that got corrected had to go into the building for the sandwich and she wanted to have an attitude about it not being in the bag. First of all I would not have went inside if everything was there in the first place. I do not appreciate the rudeness!!

The food was good as always just a little too much salt on the french fries. But other than that it was awesome. I always get the pub Burgers they’re the best the sauce is phenomenal. And I get the Baconator french fries or the french fries with the beer cheese is the best too. Just got to cut back on that salt guys. I like a lot of salt but not as much as you guys do sometimes

I have been to this place several times since it opened and am disappointed that every time seems to be a frustrating experience. The employees need to learn some professional communication skills if they are going to greet customers. Attitude reflects leadership so possibly the manager(s) may need to get some better leadership skill training. It may help keep the turnover of employees down. It will also help move the drive thru line faster when employees take pride in doing their job, instead of looking and talking like they are unhappy. Just a thought.

Pulled up at drive thru-11:30pm on 4th July night , noticed a lot of teens working very long busy line . I noticed the manager manage the busy situation very professionally & accordingly. Top knotch Team Work not sure of the manager name but she deserves a BIG shout out to be able to run the situation so smoothly at such professional way such a role model to that whole night team .Great work!
