Went through the drive-thru this evening and ordered 4 Classic Chicken sandwiches. After paying, I realized they charged me for the ‘crispy’ chicken sandwiches so I parked and went inside. Spoke with the manager and received a credit for the wrong sandwiches and billed for the correct ones. I specifically asked for no lettuce, no tomato and to please add cheese. I was assured they would take care of the order change. After getting home and opening them, they were covered in lettuce, had no cheese and had no mayo. The buns weren’t crispy and I questioned if the chicken was even cooked all they way through. Very disappointed after paying over $30.00.

Ordered, waited a long time for food. Fries were cold, so I’m not sure why it took so long. Came home, realized the chicken patty for spicy chicken sandwich was still raw. Tried calling them, no answer.

Great experience start to finish.
Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Food was fresh.
Staff was all smiling and the manger was doing some training on polishing up service and responses which was great to see the cohesive team camaraderie.
You could tell that management and staff cares about delivering a great experience…

I have eaten cheaseburgera from halfway around the world….
Dog burgers in Kosovo, or whatever you want to call, they make it out of????

So I sent my man in there undercover to see if you would give him some new fresh fries.
My guy liked how the employees held their gound and would not give him extras.
He came back with he same stale fries.
The fires were not the Wendy’s fires, I know.

Cobb Salad was TERRIBLE!!!! Lettuce was wilted, the tomatoes were mushy. On top of that, salad was small for $11! This was at 5:00. You think they would have fresh items for the dinner crowd, I would have taken it back, however was too far away. Definitely will not go there again!

I came here yesterday and a lady was rude. I placed my order, then I as it was finished she put it in tray to eat here but going to take out so I ask nicely if can get a bag she looks at me get the and THEN THROW ITS AT ME then she walks way, i had to the burger and fries in the bag it was way to hot after that I get my drink and the same black lady given to me in a rude. So I’m not going back to y’all fix your works. Also is expensive a single Dave combo is 13$ when get McDonald’s for more food for 13$.

This is a brand new store that opened up just a few weeks ago, so everything about the building is new and fresh. I ordered inside, although they have a drive-through as well. The staff was friendly and you will find the usual Wendy’s fare of food, such as burgers, fries, and Frosty’s. It is located on a corner, so it is easy to get in and get out.

Got home to eat my lunch only to find a big hair stuck to the cheese in my burger. I was super bummed because I was enjoying the other side when I found it. Also, my fries were like warm when I got them which was disappointing but made a good snack for my puppy anxiously waiting for a cooled down fry.

Went to the new location on Cortez Rd. It was really nice and super clean. The staff was friendly as well. I picked up my mobile order and everything was correct. We got a bunch of food that we wanted to try. The food was fresh and tasted good. Will be going back.
