My husband made an online order as a surprise late-night bite for both of us. Immediately at the window, this girl was already rude and copping an attitude, telling my husband there was no vanilla Frosty and that he would need to either get a chocolate Frosty or a refund. When he told her, “No, that’s not alright,” since he doesn’t like chocolate, she rudely replied, “Well, it looks like you’ll have to refund through the app.” We did not like her attitude, so we said, “Just cancel the order.” So she shouts at the other team members, “Don’t make the food,” as we’re trying to figure out how to “refund” through the app like she said. We sit there figuring it out. I hear him trying to ask questions and no help coming from her. She speaks again, saying, “Pull forward, we’re on a timer.” Like, girl… I swear to God, people, if you don’t like your job, find another one and don’t ruin people’s day with your miserable attitudes. It’s pissing me off for real. So we paid $22, didn’t get our food, and got terrible service…never coming back again, got it! Thanks, Wendy’s!

The bathrooms were really gross and the stall didn’t have toilet paper. I did find the toilet paper just thrown on top of the very dirty trash can afterwards though.
The inside was clean enough other than a lot of the tables being dirty.
The food was mediocre. I would have preferred to have gone to the one by my house so if you have to have Wendy’s I would drive the extra 20 minutes down the interstate to the next location. It was sloppily thrown together and the bread was hard and not nice and soft like it usually is. The fries were warmish when we got them but cold by the time we finished eating them.
Not a big deal but the fries were not salted so ask for some extra if you like a little seasoning to them.
The cold brew Carmel cream isn’t very carmely but tastes more like a melted vanilla milkshake. It was the better of the things we had though if you have a sweet tooth. A very thick for coffee but also watery consistency.

Pulled up to the drive through and ordered #6 with a four pack of nuggets. Pulled to the window, paid, and received my drink. Everything was cool, no bad attitudes, very chill. They asked me to pull forward because they were waiting on the spicy chicken. The time stamp was 1:05PM on the receipt when I paid. I sat there for 25 minutes while watching every other customer get their meal and pulling around me. Not sure what I did to get that service but I’m not confrontational and called it a loss. So basically, I spent $15.35 for a Dr. Pepper that I poured out. I will never eat at this OR any other Wendy’s ever again. Especially after reading the other reviews about this joint while sitting waiting for my food that never came.

Pretty disappointed, this location has gone way down hill. Not only did they mess up my order in two different ways, but we discovered one of our nuggets had a chicken feather sticking out of it. That pretty much ruined lunch at that point. I ordered spicy nuggets with my biggie bag but got regular instead and my girlfriend ordered medium fries but was only given a small despite us paying for med. Funny thing is, the feather was in the regular nugget so I wouldn’t have even had to deal with that if they’d just gotten my order correct in the first place. Do better.

I am sorry to the team at this store, however at this point a 2 star review is the best I can do because you certainly did not deliver your best, not even mediocre. I arrived at 10 Sunday morning to find the dining room closed, hours posted on the door, 9 00 am
…I didn’t want to eat in my car. Hit the drive thru, the girl at the window was the only redeeming force for you all today. Very kind and courteous and friendly, thank you. However my burrito was great in size but could use some onions and jalapenos and cheese, not whatever weird sauce that was, like breakfast gravy…try adding some sausage too. It was filling however Luke warm at best. The potato wedges, barely above room temperature and definitely old…not good at all. Try cleaning out the fryer please, as you can see from my attached photo, some French fries (are they even served in the morning) have been in the oil for quite some time. Most of the time this location is about average and by the star rating that is spot on however this time …. Wow… Please, I like Wendy’s so please step up your game just a little bit so I can come back and after all when you pay 9 bucks for a breakfast burrito combo, at the very least make it hot .. better luck next time….swing & a huge miss

Grabbed a quick bite during lunch. They were not too busy yet so I took my chances on the drive thru. I was in and out in less than 5 mins which is great for the lunch rush. Service is always great and everyone is friendly. I ordered their cobb salad with ceasar dressing instead of ranch and i completely recommended it 10 out of 10!!! Ample toppings and it was fresh and enough for 2 meals.

I ordered Uber eats because I did not want to drive on my day off and I received my food and two of the chicken sandwiches were totally raw. i was sick for three days and disgusted. I’m glad no one else ate the food before we noticed this . I had a $43 order .I was asked to bring the food back so I drove back I was supposed to be refunded and was only partially refunded. Pretty sad, the manager was super nice but it doesn’t excuse the fact that we got raw chicken and I was never totally reimbursed. Also made a corporate call and I was told that I would get a call back and have not got a callback. I do not recommend this location to anyone or any Wendy’s since corporate cannot return these kinds of phone calls
