Great little diner we rediscovered recently. You rarely see anyone sitting around doing nothing. They’re very efficient and nice. We were lucky enough to get Angie as our server at the counter. I ordered the veggie omelette and it was delicious and bursting with veggies and cheese. My wife and I look forward to coming back.

I’ve eaten here five times now and every time was great!!! : ) The food is great, the service is great, and the waitresses here are awesome!!! Very friendly, and excellent service!!! We are from Pennsylvania. My wife says her food was so good she wants to drive the 2hrs back here tomorrow for breakfast again.
As you can see by the photos, my omelet was cooked perfectly. (No brown spots on the eggs.) I was very happy.
I recommend getting a little bit of sausage gravy on the home fries.

Great discovery after a visit to Elyria hospital. Squeezed us in for breakfast even though we missed the window. Service and food both excellent! Hubs was delighted to get pie to go.

there are too many senior people there, where it’s like hearing people screaming to each other. The food was not exceptional, but edible. The thing that surprised me was that they were over 17 people sitting there talking to each other, and the waitress paid more attention to their needs, seeing that they appear to be repetitive customers, then other customers.

This is what American Dining used to be. I am impressed! Delicious home style meals with unbelievably low prices. Best BLT I’ve ever had complete with old fashioned onion rings brings back memories of going out to eat with my grandparents. My boyfriend got the spaghetti special and I sampled it to make sure it was as good as it looked. No disappointment here. I would highly recommend Hazel’s to anyone.

Quaint Mom & Pop, seat yourself diner. Reasonable pricing, good food. Coffee was tasty for a diner, and even gave our guest a to-go cup of coffee when leaving. We were not from the area and found this local diner on google maos, it was well worth stopping here. Only reason not giving 5 stars- They DO NOT have Soups, Chili or Mash Potatoes (with dinners) on the Weekends. This definitely was a disappointment and was not noted no the menu. Ladies bathroom is not ADA/disability accessible, very narrow to toilet.
