7/14/24 Best Chili’s around from to staff to food! 6/9/24 The new smasher burger is very good! And service just can’t get any better than Kasey provides! 5/26/24 back for lunch and as always food was great and service outstanding ! Very welcoming restaurant! Clean With friendly staff that is very attentive. Mandy at the bar is a sweetheart! Good food served fast, hot and to order. The Santa Fe salad is delicious and a very large serving. Manager Scott makes sure everything is the way you ordered it and makes you want to come back.

We usually go to Chilis on occasion with large family groups and it had been awhile so we thought we would give it a shot again just my wife and I. We left disappointed and confused. The first thing we ordered was two mango margaritas with patron and a chips with queso appetizer. The appetizer came at least 5 minutes before the drinks. We finally received our drinks to taste only mix no patron – it was one of the worst margaritas we’ve ever had. We pushed our full margaritas to the table edge and waited for the server to return so we could get something else. It took a long time for the server to return,but when she did we told her about the margaritas she apologized and could see we had barely touched them she removed those drinks from the table and came back relatively quickly with our new drinks. We ordered our mains and those came out in a good amount of time, but the quality was sub par, my fajita dish was barely sizzling, no char/grill marks on meat, and flavor was nothing like I remembered. The ribs came ok but not very tender could not pull bone from meat and the always good chicken crispers were rubber. We weren’t expecting gourmet but we expected chili’s consistency and we did not get that. To top it off, the bill came and they never removed the drinks even though she took them off the table full. I didn’t have more time to wait around and complain some more so I paid it begrudgingly and left without anyone checking back. It wasn’t even busy. Sub par at best and not sure we will be taking the family back anytime soon.

Came to Chilis tonight for chips and salsa with a friend. Chesney was our server and she was FANTASTIC! I wanted something more than chips and salsa so I ordered the triple dipper. I knew I wanted chicken tenders and I told her to pick the other 2 options. Let me tell you that the egg rolls and loaded fries that she picked for me didn’t miss. Everything was flavorful and she made sure our drinks and chips stayed full.
Its been a while since I have been at this Chilis but I will be back and will request her as our server.

Met at Chili’s in Hixson for a post play performance dinner. Seven family members met for a great dining experience. Waitress had been working since they opened and apologized if she seemed tired. Quite the contrary, she was on top of her game, friendly and attentive to three tables we could see her serving. Orders were all correct. Food was hot and Service was enjoyable. Thank you, Chili’s for having quality help

Wow! Definitely our new go to for burger and fries…with tea and a side salad. Chips came out hot and the salsa was good. Hamburger was huge (forgive the crushed bun as I did that when I sliced the burger) and very well seasoned. Meat was fresh along with the vegetables. I don’t want to discuss the fries because I could have made a meal just out of them. They were served hot with a light seasoning of salt. Our waitress was sweet and attentive. Bathroom was clean as was the restaurant. We will be back!

ROGER IS THAT GUY. Seriously one of the best bartenders I’ve ever experienced. Super attentive, fast, friendly, and his drinks were every single time. He kept the vibe up, remembered orders, and made everyone feel taken care of even though it was a busy Friday night. If Roger is behind the bar, you’re guaranteed a great time. Management—protect this man at all costs!

This location every time I have visited, has always been been on point! Service to the food is always good and consistent! I have no complaints! I love coming here and cannot wait for my next visit. I recently got the old timer and fries which were so good. Also, cannot go wrong with skillet queso with chips and salsa, in addition their chili is pretty decent too. I could go on but I shall stop here, you should be starting your trip there for some food!

Wow! Great fresh food, friendly staff, and reasonably priced. I loved my chicken fajitas! The side of beans were the most flavorful I’ve ever tasted….mildly spicy with fresh ingredients. The rice was light and complemented the entrée nicely. It was steamed just right. I was happily surprised that the meal included a fresh roasted jalapeño, too. I’ll be back to try other menu items, but do go there for the best fajitas anywhere!

I stopped in for a quick lunch while traveling and ordered a beer. The waitress asked for my ID, which I had left in my car. I do have some mobility limitations, so retrieving it was uncomfortable, but I understood the request and went to get it.
After returning and sitting down, I noticed several other guests sit at the bar who appeared younger than me and were not asked for identification. At one point, the manager was standing nearby speaking with guests when another woman walked in, and the bartender served her wine without asking for ID. At that point, it became clear that ID verification was not being applied consistently.
I fully understand and respect the need to follow state alcohol laws. However, when those policies are enforced selectively—especially when it requires physical effort from a guest with mobility challenges—it creates an uncomfortable and frustrating experience.
When my food arrived, I asked what the bartenders name was and she said it was Zienna. I’m sharing this feedback so management can review their procedures and ensure ID policies are applied fairly and consistently to all guests.
