First of all this place has always been amazing and has always done me right. But tonight lowkey almost brought me to tears lol. My husband ordered for me and had asked if they could make sure my chicken was thoroughly cooked due to me being pregnant (first time I’ve ever requested it) and so it took a bit because the manager took her time to prepare it. It is nice to walk in without being hit up for money by the front door. Clean outside, clean store inside. Friendly staff. Other customers were in the store, and I got my food in 5 minutes. Everything was great.

If i could give them zero stars, I would. This Wendy’s is one of the absolute WORST ones I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The staff is incapable of preparing my food as ordered… EVER!!! When I catch it, and I demand it be fixed, I’m treated like I don’t matter. I’m treated with disdain and animosity. I’m treated like my dietary restrictions don’t matter. I’m treated as though I’m being entirely too picky. I’m sorry that I’ve got multiple autoimmune diseases that prevent me from eating things as they come, therefore requiring me to modify the sandwiches that I order. I eat here at least 4 times a week and roughly 95% of the time, my order is prepared with zero accuracy. It’s absolutely absurd that the staff cannot get my order correct. It’s actually a very simple order. Perhaps I oughtta drive 7 miles further away to make a different Wendy’s my home.

Neutral need improvement in indoor customer experience. Way too focused on drive thru and lack of welcome experience when customer eat inside. Place is nice and clean. Also please put napkins and ketchup for fries. Your manager order them monthly for a reason.

Thursday July 31 at 10:21 I ordered my food and the drive through was full. I was told to stop holding up the line even though it was people in front of us. Then we got out drinks and was told to pull up to the door. We been watching people get their food while we wait. We been here for 15 minutes and counting. Definitely going to corporate about this or talk to a manager tomorrow.

This Manager did not take my order after I waited 10 minutes and then when his employee told him to, he said I work kiosk whatever happened to everybody working hard and doing different jobs. He was very rude. I took a picture of him to put on the review because he was very disrespectful and he said his name is Carlos. I have never been to Wendy’s and ate a more disgusting burger as I did today! The sad part is we waited in the drive through for 10 minutes before it was handed to us! We were very disappointed in the food!
