We started at this store while in Hanover for groceries. We walked in and waited at the counter for at least 7 mins, in that time 4 employees walked past us or looked at us and kept going. The store literally looked like a hurricane hit it. Supplies laying all over the counter and floor at the front, watching employees walk around everything to get past all the supplies was funny but not funny being ignored at the counter so we left.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THERE PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES THAT VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EAT AT.

I went to the drive through to get my food and soon as I saw the cheeseburger I saw a sticker in the middle of the hamburger!!! I show up to the worker and they only say they are sorry!!!

Waited 50 whole minutes for food because they bumped it off the screen before making it and they lost the slip. Then the food was sloppy. Manager did not even apologize. Terrible terrible service. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location or food place in general.

5 adult meals stuffed and crammed all into one bag so heavy the girl who brought it out to our vehicle after we were asked to pull forward could barely even lift it. The bag ripped nor could you even roll the bag down to attempt to keep the food semi-warm or at least from spilling all over my car. My favorite is being treated like an inconvenience with a side of eye roll for saying I wanted a drink carrier. A few weeks ago my husband stopped around 11PM when their hours said 1AM and there were multiple people inside but no one taking orders. Worst one out of the 3 in town and I now remember why I typically avoid it and won’t be back

Hard-working crew. I witnessed a lady snap at a young man ( I think a manager ) and he answered respectfully and continued to help his people and go above and beyond for the customers. Amazing workers and fast.

I ordered breakfast on the app at 10:20 (breakfast ends at 10:29) I pull up to the drive through at 10:31 and they tell me they can’t do the order cuz breakfast ends at 10:30… they say I’ll get a refund on my card in a few hours. Just looked today (3 days later) and they charged me the $16 Maybe I’m misunderstanding the order ahead app concept. But I surely it’s not, take peoples money and return nothing.

This is the first time that even though im extremely hungry I couldn’t choke down the food, it was that bad. Not sure who burnt the burger or cremated the fries to the point you couldn’t chew either tonight. and said no pickles twice, still got pickles, only person in line and waited 10 minutes for this to be that bad.

Sat for 25 minutes in the parking lot waiting on two happy meals. Went in and they didn’t have my order despite having paid for it. Don’t push people through the drive through into parking spots if you’re going to forget about them.
