I had a very bad experience at this specific location 865 North Federal Highway at 1:18 in the afternoon the manager Casey that has dreads she is so rude. The guy that they have taking the orders not taking efficient orders. I asked for a kids meals, nugget meal and he tried to give me a cheeseburger. I go to the window doing partial payment And Casey the manager talking about the mail is $5.35 even though I handed her two dollar bill I know I have to pay three dollars and 49cent why did she Wave the two dollars in the air like I’m gonna short Wendy’s it’s only five bucks she saying that to be funny or something I just moved to this location from Jupiter, the experience was very unpleasant horrible when I say horrible I wouldn’t even bring Joe Biden here Jupiter would never try me like this with the customer service the accuracy of an order being taken also having fresh food I’m so disappointed they need white/Hispanic Managers and staff because what they’re having right now it’s not working for them. The Haitian/Jamaican community right now for this store is not working for them. Just pitiful also disappointed for the regional and district manager that support these types of things at a restaurant

I went at 2:00 am and I ordered a small burger and a couple fried items… the whole restaurant smelled like 2 day old frying oil/some old grease under the grill, the weird part it my food smelled exactly the same. I through away every single thing besides the burger which also smelled funny, now I believe I have food poisoning….do not order food here anymore something has happened to the place recently.

So I work at a doctors office and we only have 30 min lunches!!! I ordered 3 biggie bags with junior bacon cheeseburgers and they are didn’t have the most import part of the meal!!! THE MEAT!!!!

They take a while to make food, but they do well over all. I got the four for four because its the best deal obviously. They have the cool electronic drink dispenser as well as the place is kept clean.

To the young Black girl with the glasses and purple hair—lose the attitude and get the orders right. Every time I ask for fresh fries, I end up with those extra dark (caramel-colored), overly crispy ones. Those aren’t fresh—they’ve clearly been dropped back in the oil to make them seem hot. After working and eating in fast food, you pick up on things like this. Do better, people!

This Wendy’s is a hidden rare coin just a stone’s throw away from Mizner Park. If you blink when you’re driving by, you’ll miss it. I’ve had to use wayze or other GPS apps to get to it off of US1 and I still miss it sometimes It’s a quiet location, fast service and the quality you can expect from Wendy’s.
