The food is alright, service is good, but pricing is set to “GOUGE.” The chorizo breakfast burritos used to be a bit over $6 but are over $10 now. I can buy the chorizo, egg & cheese I need to make 4 burritos, at home, for that cost! Y’all aren’t raising the price to cover cost of food anymore, you’re raising it for greed & profit now & it’s starting to show. Buyers, save yourself the money & go to Rili-B’s they’re still $8 there for the same thing. Smdh.

I ordered a burrito through Uber Eats, and as I bit into it, something hard hit my teeth. I found a 1/2 socket in my burrito. I’ve ordered from this place often, and this is the first time anything like this has happened. However, after this experience, I likely won’t be coming back.

Thinking me and my husband were going to have a nice dinner for what I recommended until I found a long stain of hair in my burrito. The cashier that I told understood as it was inside the burrito. She asked to talk to me while other workers were around not knowing I understood Spanish the cook started saying it was my hair and accused me of just wanting a free meal. The other workers asked if I wanted another burrito but with the cook accusing me of putting my hair in the burrito I declined. I know we all work for our money to enjoy a dinner but to be accused of sabotaging my own dinner is not what I was doing. I never asked for a refund or anything. Just wanted them to acknowledge that there was hair in my food.

Very disappointed that I came in tonight at 1145 to order a burrito (which even on a busy day takes no more than 10 min) and they had already closed down everything. Your hours are til midnight. While I try to be respectful about times you should never shut down outside of operating hours. It’s a loss of business, while my 1 burrito might not be much, I have to ask how many people have you turned away? Does your management know you are not abiding by the hours they set? That you as employees are costing them money. I eat here at least 2 or 3 times a month first time I’ve come late but I figured you’d still be open. Shame…took me 20 minutes to get here, wasted my time and gas.

Be CAREFUL they charge extra for guacamole and NEVER add to plate, we just ordered 2 plates last night and again no guacamole. I have reminded them many times just get a tilling of the eyes and shoulder shrugs! I am done eating here!

The food here is alright. I just get it because I live close by and crave Mexican food from time to time. I basically get the same thing every time since it’s hard to mess up rolled tacos with sides of beans and rice. Been here about 10 to 15 different occasions. 90 percent of the time the girl working the register is just rude. You can tell she doesn’t have any interest in customer service. Just wants to hurry up and get your order. Idk it’s a very weird vibe from her, not nice or friendly or polite at all.. it’s happened enough times now so I felt like I should leave a review.

I’m here at 6:05 I have been waiting here since 5:45 to get a breakfast burrito after working a 12-hour shift. I was greatly anticipating eating a nice breakfast burrito and clearly states on Google that it is open and opened at 6:00 which is why I chose this particular location. But it is not! This is false advertisement and there is no signage saying the hours of operation of this restaurant. This is extremely frustrating and I will never go to filibertos ever again in my life! Complete BS and will report it to the better Business bureau as well as Yelp. I hope I can save a few people from coming here at 6:00 a.m. looking to have a nice breakfast burrito. I guess I have to start going to Jack in the box to get my breakfast burrito and I will never take my wife and kids to have dinner at this restaurant ever again.

I expected more and was disappointed in general. Although the burritos were consistently delishish, the staple guacamole and chips were were both stale and unappealing. (See photo) Perhaps if the guacamole was provided separately, it would have been more inviting. Also, there was a surcharge of 3% of the total bill. I wasn’t notifed of this until after my CC was processed and I looked at the receipt myself. When I asked the teller what the surcharge was for, she responded by saying that she didn’t know.

Im done with this place, tacos are always over fried/burnt to a crisp, 2nd time ive gotten super nachos and it just has meat and cheese, no beans, no pico. Coupled with ridiculous prices compared to other restaurants, filibertos has basically become an overpriced tacobell.
