I recently visited the McDonald’s at this location, and I was appalled by the unsanitary conditions I encountered. Flies were everywhere – on the counters, tables, windows, and even the floors. They were flying around incessantly, creating an extremely unhygienic and unpleasant dining environment. I COULDNT EAT here!
It is quite evident that this location suffers from poor management and a severe lack of cleanliness standards. Such conditions are completely unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone a well-known fast-food chain like McDonald’s. This experience has significantly tarnished my perception of your brand.
I urge the management to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that proper sanitation protocols are followed. Until these matters are resolved, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to others.

I want to share something with the public and with the owners of this particular McDonald’s. I came in late one night and they had already poured out the iced coffee which I understand they have to do what they got to do to get ready to close. But let me tell you something! Sierra was so sweet and she did an amazing favor and made me an iced coffee from scratch and I know that it took her a little bit to do it and also delayed her from getting out of work when she was supposed to but she did what she was supposed to do and that was to please the customer. She went above and beyond and she was so gentile and you could tell she really loved to wait on me… I am here to say this McDonald’s had better promote her to upper management or they’re going to lose a really really good employee to somebody who comes along and gives her a better job. She is an amazing person and I was absolutely blown away by her level of service. I work in fine dining in Tuscaloosa Alabama and I will tell you that if it was in my power I would hire her on the spot! I just wish that there were more Sierras in the world! Can’t take a simple order. I asked for a fish snadwich and large sweet tea the cashier just charged me what she wanted me to have. Didn’t let it show up on the screen just told me to pull around with the wrong order.

This location is amazingly slow. They are shockingly out of just about everything as well. I recommend moving on to the next restaurant, if you have any choice.

Chicken nuggets and French fries were hot and fresh, but quarter pounder with cheese was lukewarm as if it’s been sitting for a bit. Restaurant including restrooms was very clean! Customer service was good.

We had a disappointing experience at McDonald’s in Thomasville this afternoon around 1:15 PM. We used the drive-through and waited an excessive 13 minutes, even though the line was barely moving and not particularly busy. I would have only given one star for service due to the overall experience being slow and the fact that the first person at the window did not verbally acknowledge us at all—no greeting, no thank you, nothing.
At the next window, the young lady was genuinely trying and was very pleasant, which is why I gave an additional star. My wife and I both ordered chicken ranch wraps, and they were mediocre at best, drenched in way too much sauce. Unfortunately, when we received our food, it was not hot, and to make matters worse, our order had absolutely no napkins. This made it very difficult to manage all that extra sauce while traveling in the car.
Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and I can’t recommend this location based on our experience.

Had to flag someone down in the back to get help at the front counter. All the workers were concentrating on the drive-thru time rather than the front counter. The kicker is the shake machine was not working. Please do better.

This place has taken the cake for worst food visit in a very long time. To start, we had to wait over 15min for our order to be ready. The ketchup dispenser in the lobby spit out a white thick substance, not at all ketchup. My daughter asked for double fries in her kids meal, instead of her yogurt. When it was wrong, I took it back to the counter, where the employee grabbed the box and said “that’s what it posed to be”, while throwing another small fry in the box. The employees were yelling and playing the entire time, so much so, our infant daughter was woken up and you couldn’t hear the lobby music. The manager was just as loud and obnoxious. Won’t becoming back here ever.

Sometimes the food is cold and on top of that the service can be terrible, I can’t count on my fingers the amount of times I’ve drove up here and sat for 20+ minutes waiting for someone to take my order just to drive pass the windows and see somebody looking out as I drive pass, waste of time almost evertime I come up here
