The employee at the drive-thru window was more focused on talking over the intercom and chatting with coworkers than doing her job. She didn’t listen to anything I said about my order and handed me only a cookie and a drink—no food. I sat at the window waiting, and only then did she apologize and say she “didn’t hear me.” That’s because she was too busy socializing instead of paying attention.
The manager looked like he was doing all the work himself and not paying attention to what the employees he manages were doing. Staff were walking back and forth, loudly talking and clearly not focused on customers.
I had to go back to work hungry with just a cookie and a drink. Please put someone at the window who actually comes to work to WORK. Experiences like this explain why so many Wendy’s locations are closing. At this point, I’m better off going to the Chick-fil-A down the street.

Every other time I go to this location, the chicken is over cooked, dry and leathery. Today the fries were also overcooked and almost cold. This location has gotten worse and worse over the last 10 years. I don’t think I will be going back again. $14 for food that is inedible is a disgrace especially when I am nice and polite to the staff and 90% of the time they are rude.

Hey, can you guys hire anyone that’s actually American that speaks English! That doesn’t seem to be pissed off 24/7 like that would be great. I would love to go to this Wendy’s at least one time in the last 20 years and have someone there that actually speaks correct English.

So, I went to the restaurant last night 8:11pm. I just continue to order my order the lady on the speaker told me to pull up. I continued to tell her that I wasn’t ready to pull up, I need to know the total of the amount on the order. So I can use my coupon she said pull up and you can use your coupon at the window, it’ll take it off. I continue to tell her there’s no point of me pulling up if my order doesn’t reach a certain amount then the coupon won’t work. She wouldn’t listen to what I was saying. Then another lady came on the microphone. She took her time to repeated my order. She was very respectfully and also told me the total. So I could reach the amount that the coupon would allow so I could use. “What was the point of me pulling up to the window if my order isn’t complete” the way it needs to be in order for the coupon to work so when the young lady came on the microphone after the disrespectful first person spoke to me. I told the nice young lady I appreciate her speaking to me and answering my question instead of trying to dismiss me. I would like to speak to the manager and please hand me my receipt. When I received my order and I asked the young lady may I speak to the manager the lady who handed me my order was the manager and I asked her shockingly “you’re the manager” and “you’re speaking to people on the microphone like that”. That is very disrespectful. I didn’t appreciate the manner you were speaking to me. The manager continued speaking to me back and forth as she acted as she did nothing wrong. I was explaining to her the way she treated me was uncalled for then I heard an accent in her voice as she is a Haitian woman. I spoke Creole right back to her to explain it to her in her own language that I didn’t appreciate it. The way she spoke to me and the way you speak to a person coming to your establishment is very disrespectful and very dismissive. After I said that she was like “okay ma’am goodbye have a good day” very disrespectful and dismissive. So I told her I will never come back to this establishment and I will be filing a form of complaint.

Well to start I would like to to say that adolf was a perfect employee he was very courteous respectful and helpful with a nice smile as he took your order. I was at the restaurant from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on a Friday and out of the whole crew he was the only one with respect and had great customer service all the rest of the employees were too busy talking about their guests or customers pointing and laughing behind the counter and even though they spoke plain gray English they would decide to loudly speak Creole and one employee went on break in the lobby and had his radio so loud that you literally had to raise your voice to an outside voice to speak to someone directly across from you wow like I said the other employees were boldly speaking trash about almost every guest as they walked in none of them had smiles at all you would say hi to a lot of them and they would not even acknowledge you back maybe this should check into another occupation so if you come to this Wendy’s just know that the food is overcooked and the only person that will treat you with respect is Adolf

Someone patiently waited to ask about a job and she was incredibly rude.

Visiting from out of town. This place was out of Ketchup, bbq sauce and most soda options. Ordered a $5 frosty that was super small for the price already that he only filled 2/3 full. Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to yet and that’s saying something.

Overall, when I go to this Wendy’s, which is my local Wendy’s? I do go here often because it is close by two my house. I do receive consistently good food. There is 1 person that works there that for some reason. Any time she is there. She has the worst attitude. And my food is either wrong or taste like it’s been sitting there for like a week and it’s just awful and I really wish this person didn’t work here any longer but I don’t know her name. So I know she’s a manager and she usually works nights but the most horrible attitude and also arguing with me about my sandwich saying that, if I get a triple burger that I don’t get a piece of cheese with every patty and we all know that. We do. It is completely uncalled for, and I will be reaching out past this store because I am buying food here way too often to be treated that way. I don’t demand you kiss my butt but at least be professional. In the words of the great Joey Swoell. DO BETTER.

This is the worst location ever. The workers don’t greet guest. It also takes forever to order at the drive thru and inside the venue. These people do not care for there job or customers what so ever. I would drive pass this location if I were dying of thirst
