So I waited a half hour for 2 Big Macs, a Mc Rib and a 10 PC nugget. Which I didn’t complain is what it is but I got home to eat and 1 Big Mac had NO MEAT???? What the heck? and my fries were cold. We almost never eat McDonald’s and when we do this happens very frustrating my entire meal was a waste.

extremely unprofessional and disgusting!! my son and some friends went there around 9:30-10 at night and ordered a 40 mcnugget all for them to only put a 20 count down. we got up to the window and told them what had happened and they said we would have to go back around…when very clearly there were many registers open to add an extra 20 on there that they asked for. a pregnant lady with brunette hair came to the window and said she doesn’t care about our nuggets and to get out of her drive thru and then continued to start using foul language to my 16 year old!!! then an older gal pushed the lady out of the way and she started screaming and cussing at us while slamming the window in my child’s face. i find this extremely unprofessional and i will be taking this to the owner. this place has gone to the dump ever since they hired these ladies.

Employees think it’s appropriate to yell cuss words at customers as the leave the drive through. Manager is incompetent and can’t control the teenagers she manages. Extremely long wait times and incorrect orders. Avoid this place at all costs.

My dine-in experience has always been OK, so I’ll give them two stars for that. Drive-thru is hit or miss, but this last experience was the worst and the reason for this review.

We went thru the drive thru and it was quick and accurate. Also, the food was very fresh. My Mcflurry wasn’t perfectly mixed but that might have been the machines fault. This is a very reliable McDonalds in my opinion. I went there a lot during college (a while back) and they are even really good about removing unwanted ingredients.

It’s McDonald’s, but for the franchise, it’s very good. They hire local, hometown folks if you know what I mean, and they’re proud enough to put their names on the door. Friendly staff, always polite, they don’t horse around, mock you, or ruin your food like other locations. Lettuce and tomatoes are always decent.

Don’t go through the drive through you will sit 10 minutes while they take the other lanes order. Just to never get an order taken if you do get the food 50% chance it’s cold.

We went to the Edwardsville IL location by the high school at 6:30pm. It was pathetic. Our burgers were barely warm. The fries were the same and limp. McDonald’s used to have the best fries around. Not anymore!! Don’t waste your money here. We have no intention of returning.
