Stopped in and this store was hit by a ton of online orders and about 6 waiting for food. Manager acknowledged and worked very hard to get orders out as quick as possible. He offered some extras to guests in acknowledgment of the wait. Appreciated the effort and good service despite the circumstance.

Placed online order here . Was told 5-15 mins until ready. I showed up 15 mins just to be safe. Pulled to the window and wasn’t helped . So i pulled around to the window and sitting for 10 mins then finally when i made it to the office i was pulled up to the rail. And then i waited 15 mins at the rail for my food that was ordered online 40 mins prior!! It took 40 mins for 5 pieces of chicken and 3 sides. Absolutely terrible!!!!

After a 10 hour work day I stopped and ordered a 8 piece family meal,4 breast 4 thighs and vineyard butter for the biscuits. I paid the up charge for the beasts no problem right? WRONG….I should have checked before I drove home,I was in a hurry. To my surprise I had a bucket of 4 legs and 4 thighs and no honey butter. I will never go back. How hard is it to get an order right? An order i was charged extra for anyways. Terrible

Quick fast service. Never had any issues here. Its what you expect from KFC. The building is on the corner of a busy road and expressway easy on and off and vice versa but getting in and out can be tricky for passersby.other than that get it and get out.

Drive thru… service was so bad girl was very impatient. And then get home knowing it was done on purpose becauae of her attitude our gravy just openened its lid on its only and went all over our whole bag of food. So sad I will never recommend you all to no one and I will be in tomorrow with pictures claiming my refund on this order.

Love this location. It’s at a busy intersection, lotsa traffic, fast turnover. Loved that they had a pot pie this late in the afternoon for the SIL. I got the 3 pc dark dinner, crispy. She was ecstatic with the pot pie and my chicken was really crunchy and meaty. Side of Mac & Cheese and mashed were hot and tasty. The outside speaker was kind of hard to hear, but it was also a blustery day.

Food was soggy, I they got my order wrong and when I corrected them they insisted on they heard me right, what looked like the manager was rude and bossy, I said no ice after ordering the drinks, after they repeated the order said no ice on all drinks to make sure they remembered, the manager or some ginger lady sassed me about them having to dump out the drinks cause they had ice in them. I will never come back to this KFC again if any ever.
