I am so over ordering food from this Wendy’s and the fries tasting cold and stale as if it were the nights before stored in the fridge and reheated. I ordered about 15 minutes after breakfast was over so figured maybe the fries would be fresh but, I should have known better and they were just disgusting! I hardly ever order from Wendy’s for this reason. The fries have a great taste and has potential if the workers at Wendy’s kept up with serving fresh fries. The burgers hardly ever taste fresh as Wendy’s claim they are and that’s also an issue. Someone needs to go there and retrain those workers or something.

I’m old enough to remember the Wendy’s salad bar. Really helpful staff very nice management should be proud. The chicken tenders though made with concrete I believe kind of dry and the french fries iffy.

I placed a pick-up order online at this location, and the staff were just okay. They had me pull over to the side even though the email stated the food was ready. I ordered 3 big bacon classic burgers, fries, drinks, and a baked potato. When I got home and opened my bag, I just had to take a pic of the smallest piece of bacon and lettuce added to my burger and a baked potato so small a child would not be satisfied. Since when is a big bacon classic burger the size of a Jr. Burger?What is going on with the quality of food and service??? These franchises have to do better.

Ordered a triple cheese with no bun and they added the bun. Receipt even said “no premium bun”. While waiting inside for my order, the grill lady looked at me while preparing it and added the bun anyway. She knew but chose to ignore it. If I wanted the bun, I would have ordered it with one… but I have dietary restrictions. Horrible and careless service.

Super slow service! Even that I placed the order 30 minutes ahead before pick up. When I arrived there took a while for someone to come and give me my order. The employee didn’t answer my “good morning” and my smile neither. This was at 7:30 a.m. No one was waiting.

1st day open so it was a little confusing Especially since there is no counter to order at.. There are 3 computers to place your order. Picking up your food and getting your drink… That whole process could definitely use some work. The employees were just as confused as we all were trying to get our food and drinks.
Food was hot and fresh though so gotta love that.
And I must add that I don’t know what they did different with the fries but they were probably the best I’ve had in a very very long time

I have always been a Wendy’s fan veer since I was a kid. I’ve moved from craving their burgers to craving their spicy chicken sandwiches. This location completely ruined it for me. DON’T RISK YOUR HEALTH ON THIS LOCATION.
They served me a RAW chicken sandwich in the drive-thru. UGH!!!
I was eating and driving and ate half of it before realizing. I was not only grossed out (heaving and gagging) but also worried about getting very sick.
I went back and spoke to management. They took my info and said someone would call me. No one did.
UPDATE: called corporate, who shared that it’s a franchise. Guess that might mean less accountability…
