Ordered two pizzas for takeout. They admitted they burned the first one and gave it to us for free? Really? Made another. Got home and opened the other two. Burned also! Called and complained and staff was rude so i got rude. Kept hanging up on me and said I didn’t need to talk to his staff that way ( if indeed he was the manager) Were told we couldn’t order anything there again ( as if we’d want to) and that they would refund our money but by cash only, refusing to credit our bank account back! This place is awful, the workers and manager are rude. And the pizza sucks! $43.00 dollars for two pizzas that were burnt! I could see accidentally burning one. But three? Get real! Would never recommend this crappy place to anyone!!!! And one star isn’t even deserved!

I had terrible food a few months ago! I had sworn this place off place but my kids talked me into giving them another chance. Nope! I should’ve known better! We paid $62 for a couple of pizza which were soggy and sloppy, cheese sticks that were just gross and fried zucchini that under cooked and greasy. Next time we’ll eat peanut butter and jelly!

Edit. Gave them another chance and it was so bad. Ordered the pizza well done to try to counteract the sogginess and it was still a soggy mess. Was told 45 minutes and it took an hour and a half. I live 5 minutes away. Not going to waste my time again. Just going to go elsewhere, I don’t mind paying more if the food is actually good. Almost $20 for a large 1 topping pizza and it’s just gross.
Has taken a turn for the worse over the past year or so. It’s not terrible but it’s also not that good. The food is very inconsistent. The same item will be made differently every time you get it. The pizza is usually under baked and soggy. I used to order often but now it’s not worth it. They raised their prices but don’t seem to care what they give you. Not sure where the disconnect is, whether it’s training or management. There’s always a bunch of kids in there without anyone appearing to supervise. The location in North Fayette is nothing like this. Their food is great and is very consistent.

I second the reviews on this place having changed. The quality has gone down hill and the prices continue going up. If rumors of this location having been sold, it further validates the cheapening of product. It is no longer our local choice for Pizza

Ive went to Gianni’s quite a few times now, each time the staff has seemed annoyed and would roll their eyes when I would come in to pick up my order while they seemed to just be goofing around. When I would reach the counter I would be greeted with an attitude for coming into the shop. Besides the horrible customer service they provide the food was the only thing I would come back for as it was good but this time around I ended up getting food poisoning! I will not be coming back to this pizza place unless they do some serious rehiring and actually care about cleaning up so their customers don’t get sick.

Holy cow, I happened upon Gianni’s in McDonald by accident and ended up having the best pizza I’ve had in the last 10 years. Near perfect. And $12 for a 12-cut pizza. Incredible!

If you dont want to miss work and avoid being in trouble of any kind by your employer than I recommend not eating here at all not only was it a sloppy of a greasy mess but my fiancé and I and the family got food poisoning not worth the price and not worth being sick and missing work to being in some sort of issue even with a Dr’s. Absolutely the worst place to deal with, you are instantly put on hold, when your food does arive it’s cold and soggy. Always a struggle plenty of other places to deal with.

If I could give negative stars I would. I knew as soon as I looked at it it was going to be awful. And I also knew well the original owner had to have sold because this is total garbage. It tasted like burnt cigarettes and trash. My kids hated it too. Terrible. Hanky farms location from now on only if you want true original giannis that’s worth every cent.

They 100% took care of me even though they had technically cut off delivery and for that they deserve a 20/10. I am ALWAYS appreciative of small businesses that go out of their way. (And yes I 100% took care of the driver because they took the late hit) ❤️❤️❤️
