No idea why I keep wasting my money here. First their outside drive thru screen has been broken for months so when you order your at risk that they even got the order right.
Secondly, the order taker doesn’t have to say “is that all” after each item. Perhaps they should be trained did you want that as a combo or a dry with that.
Third, even asking them to verify the items for my order. I was missing the chicken. I don’t even know if I was charged because I didn’t get a receipt nor was there cheese and onions in the chili. Wendy’s used to take pride in their food quality and order accuracy but this store is by far the worst.

I am new to the area and i work in the plaza, I was craving a salad and stopped by for one. The staffs were very pleasant and welcoming. Tonight’s shift were efficient workers who happened to have a very good drive thru time and clean indoor dinknh. I am truly impressed and the manager on shift Dave was truly a sweetheart. He had amazing customer service and made my experience very memorable, I will be back for a cobb salad, only if Dave makes it 🙂 ❤️

Using my Wendy’s app $3 off of $15 or more. I was told they can’t scan the code because the $6 Dollar biggie bags were already a deal.(These same meals cost $4 dollars not long ago) They ended up scanning my mobile coupon after I was giving a-bit of an attitude about it, it went through of course…Besides that incident my food was ordered plain and of course wasn’t.. There are many Fast Food restaurants to choose from and this is unacceptable. Perhaps each customer doesn’t affect such a large business but word of mouth and reviews reach Millions.

Clean but staff is slow and looks lost sometimes. If you don’t get their attention quick, your order can just be sitting there for like 10-15 minutes or so.

If I could put a negative 1 I would besides not speaking English the guy in the window had me waiting for 15 mins while he talked to his friend at the window. Was rude to me when I got to the window and my food was cold. They suck do not go there!!!! I wish I could upload the picture I took.

I orderd two Double cheeseburgers meals one with out pickle only one without any vegies or sauces. Horrible service, nobody there seems to care about putting together correct orders or even putting together proper made sandwiches and burger. Cold fries ordered three Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers, none had bacon or lettuce. And this was the piece of lettuce they put on our chicken sandwich. I don’t know why we continue to try to go here they consistently fall short and send you off with poor service and incorrectly made orders
