The place is very dirty. Bathrooms are very dirty out of order. Nobody told me that my food was ready. I found out because I grabbed the bag to see if I had my name on it which it did, and nobody stopped me to ask me if that was my food so pretty much anybody can walk in there and just grab whatever they want and just walk out because nobody’s paying attention, the team is just to busy talking. My food was very salty. I go to other Wendy’s in the area I don’t have this issue.

I normally get here just as they open at 7am. I have always been greeted with a smile. The food is always been hot and fresh. I normally just do the drive-through, but it always looks like there’s plenty of parking in the morning hours. I come here at least once a week and will continue as long as I live in the area.

Make sure you check your food before leaving, the staff at this location specially at night, is NOT the brightest of them all. It’s almost IMPOSSIBLE to get an order right and apparantly is part of their training to be so damn bad at reading tickets and making the orders right. It’s always disappointing that in our daily jobs we have to do right for the guest always but in Wendy’s they can care less about executing or pleasing the guest, they just want your money and you get what you get, feels like that to me…

I get double charged at this location like every other time I go. Been double charged like 3 times now. Also the MANAGER stole my credit card information and suddenly I got charged three online shopping from petco over $200. I had to cancel my credit card and disputed all those transactions. This location I will recommend everyone to pay cash thru the drive way!

The bathrooms were super dirty and smelly. The toilet seat was peeling off. There was no soap to wash your hands and everything was super dirty.

Pretty much everyone at this location has a nasty attitude for no reason. Even when you’re kind to them. Definitely won’t be returning to this locatiOn. The lady at the window was combative when trying to correct my order and seemed annoyed with me, I was STILL kind as I had an autistic child in the back of my car! I told her the milk she gave us wasn’t chocolate and she passive aggressively insisted it was so I left not wanting to cause a problem… to then open the milk and it wasn’t chocolate. We sat in traffic to come back to get the correct one, for the person behind the desk to have the same attitude. Pay these people more so they can be kinder to us guest spending our money ! Always been a horrible experience here ! Especially with having an autistic child with me, that wasn’t cool at all.

Wow, them bathrooms have got to be the nastiest ive ever seen. Not only are men using the womens but I had no toilet paper…have yall ever wiped with your hand…no. Yeah well. Also I’m pretty sure homeless people are bathing in the bathroom. Trash cans over flowing, NO TOILET PAPER , smells absolutely vile, and the toilet seat took me on a ride considering ITS NOT EVEN BOLTED DOWN

I ordered through the drive thru, two biggie bags that have nuggets and when asked which sauce, I chose bbq and ranch… I get my food and park up and when I check the bag… no bbq, no ranch, no ketchup.. I go inside to ask for sauce she tells me I need to pay 50cents extra for each sauce! I explained my order didn’t come with sauce and she proceeds to tell me they have no bbq… so I ask for ranch and for two biggie bags she expects me to share one ranch… I then tell her I need one more sauce because I’m not sharing, and she tells me there’s no more sauce!!! I’m highly upset with the service… this is the first and last time I’ll hear about paying extra for sauce at Wendy’s for a meal that’s supposed to come with sauce…
