Here for a wedding rehearsal dinner. As a Hamm’s beer fan, imagine my shock when I realized it was the original brewery! I was blown away by the history, artwork, and of course, their Shamm’s on tap (own version given licensing). Food was top notch brick oven pizza. Such a great evening, and the staff was over the top accommodating.

One of my favorite places! I hosted my work going away party here because I love it so much. The wood fire pizza is incredible, there’s a great beer variety, and the staff are super friendly. It also has the BEST patio in the cities! It’s huge and has plenty of umbrellas for sunny days and fire pits for cooler evenings. Dog friendly too! The decor is so fun and quirky and the inside is nice and cozy. It’s a great place to gather if you have a larger group or even for a date night. I recommend this place to everyone!

Lots of fun playing trivia and great chill atmosphere. Pepperoni pizza took the list of items to order but honestly everything was good. Beer, food, environment. Can’t ask for more.

I really enjoy the local businesses in my neighborhood and try to explore, but I won’t be coming back. I won’t spill my guts too much because I’m choosing to not come back to this brewery.
Service is usually terrible and unfriendly. This place obviously doesn’t care for customer experience from reading previous reviews on Google. Mandatory tips and still asking for an additional tip is weird. Don’t accept cash? Ok. And I love to tip friendly and welcoming servers/beertenders. Food wasn’t great or worth it last night.

One of my favorite breweries!!! The beer alone is great. The patio is AMAZING, I always feel like I’m on vacation when I sit out there. The food is incredible as well, especially the pizza. A must visit spot in the twin cities!!

Great place for casual drinks and food. The outdoor umbrella dining area was a fun place to sit amongst the old building walls, quirky seating, amazing plants, & eclectic decorations. Ordering was super easy: either at walk-in or using a QR code at table. The “Honey Honey” cocktail was a refreshing lemonade type drink. The non-alcoholic root beer was yummy! We had a burger & pizza, which were good. We couldn’t stop eating the seasoned fries! Self serve water, takeout containers & condiments was handy. Dog-friendly too! Would love to return! A+ for being proactive in offering safe options to female customers in uncomfortable situations. ❤️

One of my go-to spots in Saint Paul! Great beer, solid food, and the vibes are always on point. The patio is open when the weather is good and it is so cute! I love the tab system – so no need to chase down servers to order. It’s just an easy, fun place to hang with friends. I highly recommend it!

What a cool spot! In the old Hamms brewery with awesome renovations while keeping the historic charm. This is definitely a must see when visiting. A variety of beers that did not disappoint. Plenty of space indoor and outside. Dog friendly!

We did the brewery history tour, and it was fantastic. Our tour guide Jimmy was so knowledgeable and could answer any question you threw his way. Afterwards we had lunch, and we all agreed the food was some of the best brewery food we’ve had. We’re planning on coming back in the summer so we can see the patio too!

The ambiance is truly amazing, both indoors and outdoors, creating a delightful experience no matter where you choose to sit. The outdoor seating, in particular, offers a unique charm, with the natural feel of ruins adding a fascinating and atmospheric touch to the surroundings. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the environment.
The outdoor area also offers food service, allowing guests to enjoy a delicious meal while fully immersed in the ambiance. The service was excellent—attentive, friendly, and efficient, contributing to an overall enjoyable visit.
However, it’s important to note that the place can become quite crowded, especially on weekends. If you plan to visit during peak times, it’s a good idea to plan ahead or make a reservation to ensure you get the best experience without long waits.
