This place is awesome! They initially gave me the wrong order, but they fixed the issue and were so pleasant about the whole thing. The dining area was locked for the night and they still allowed me to come inside to resolve the problem. Customer service was perfect. Mistakes happen, it’s what you do in response that truly says what kind of person you are. The employees here are good people!

I come at 9:38, dining room closes at 10, clearly posted on the door, I can clearly see 4 employees both doors are locked. I have a weak bladder and had to potty but also wanted to get a frosty for my kid, had to find a bathroom instead of getting a frosty. Just disappointed.

The drive thru is going so slow that they’re losing customers. Idk what the problem is. I sat in the drive thru line for almost 10 minutes before it moved, and the inside of the store isn’t even open right now.. I love Wendy’s, but this is ridiculous lol.

I’m done eating Wendy’s from this location. Sadly this is the closest location to me but everytime I order food from here they give me the wrong order or don’t give me what I paid for. I ordered the Asiago Ranch spicy Chicken Club which is supposed to have lettuce, tomato , cheese and bacon so why did they give me a regular chicken sandwich with no toppings? And the chicken was overcooked and so dry and flavorless and hard to chew & wasn’t even the spicy chicken breast either. I give up with Wendy’s. Ima stick to chick fil a where my food is always good and fresh

Wheelchair accessible. Modern interior with amazing seating indoor & outdoor. Great food prices. They have new fountain machines with a million drink options. Our experience was rough. The trash cans were full, floors were dirty. Waited so long in line that we were able to download the mobile app and get coupons for our order with 10 min to spare. We waited 25 minutes with 5 customers ahead of us. We finally reach the cashier who just could not read the smartphone Wendy’s QR code coup to input our order. She was super slow and seemed inexperienced. Other customer orders were up on the pickup counter and employees never informed them. A drunk woman behind us started cussing because of the wait, if that tells ya anything. It was just all around slow. The food order came in a fraction of the time it took to take our order. The cashier just did not seem rushed or concerned. Feb 3rd, 8pm. Will not be back. Sadly.

Food was fresh and good. I ordered tenders and got a 6 piece nugget. Was informed if I wanted sauce I had to pay for it separately.
