While in the drive thru window, Emma the person making food was yelling what appears to be a shift supervisor. We’re cussing back and forth to each other. Very unprofessional kids working at this place. I get that it’s a fast food joint but you have family sitting inside and they have the drive-thru window open and I have to listen to all this. Not to mention that shift leads supervisor touching his face wiping his nose with his palm and not washing his hands serving food. I was embarrassed about the whole situation so I took the food and threw it out.

This is normally my go to place to get box 17. I had to wait for it, I meant it was fresh, but I only got two chicken strips. Lose a star for not fulfilling order correctly.
I can use my credit card at this place because you can actually see them running it. Sorry, I don’t trust people when I have to hand my credit card to anyone.

I really enjoyed the food from this location. The French fries were good but the chicken strips were phenomenal. They were hot, fresh, and crispy. I have to admit however, I did feel a little guilty ordering chicken strips with the chicken looking at me!!

Just ordered the new primal sandwich combo and a BBQ chicken sandwich and normally place is top notch and well trained staff. Yet today as I was eating said burger a piece of paper was with the cheese.

Took over 25 minutes for our “Fast Food”.
Manager wouldn’t tell us her name when I complained.
Go to the Carls Jr. at corner of Hwy 20 and Tharp if you absolutely gotta eat at Carls.

I come to CJs fairly often specifically this location cause I don’t live far I saw no line in drive through so made the decision to get a “quick” bite to eat at least so I thought I have never seen such un organization in my life 5 mins after I roll up to the intercom im told it will be just a sec …. Not a problem I don’t mind waiting a lil bit another 5 goes by she comes back and says sorry what can I get you?.. I gave my order she read it back incorrectly so I corrected her then figured ok we are good get to the window I pay and get my drink I see one customer inside mind you it took me 20 mins to get to this point with no line …. I wait another 10 at window and she comes up and says sorry”what was your order again “… so now I’m a lil annoyed… but I tell her again …. She walks away grabs a bag gives it to me and I got the wrong fries but was so sick of waiting I just left … I really hope someone was in a position they weren’t used to and they get some training cause to see her completely lost with only 2 customers I can’t believe how it would go if they were busy …. Food was great tho !

Not only did I receive my food, but I also got a bad attitude with it. Just a simple misunderstanding about an Online food order that we thought she was talking to us about. She got upset when we had responded with “yes” that’s our order and then promptly responding with “no” because one item was incorrect. I guess the whole time she was actually yelling at her coworker (with the window wide open) about the car behind us. Thank you Dulce for being negative with a smile when you didn’t have to be. Hopefully you find happiness.
