I came in tonight expecting a normal visit, but instead got turned away by the manager, James, because my ID has a tiny crease in it. I’m 23 years old with a completely valid license, and somehow a barely noticeable bend was enough for him to act like it was forged by the CIA.
James, if you’re reading this — you might want to work on telling the difference between a damaged ID and a fake one. Turning away paying customers over something so minor is just bad business and worse judgment.
I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t drunk, I wasn’t causing trouble — just trying to order a drink with a valid state license. Instead, I got treated like I was trying to run some Ocean’s Eleven scheme for a Bud Light.
Won’t be coming back until management learns some common sense.

This place has gone so downhill. Slow service, overpriced food, and bad attitudes toward the customers. This place is very overpriced for the terrible food they give out. We spent $10 on “hatch queso” and chips and she brought out a thing of crumbled up chips with plastic tasting queso 15 minutes AFTER our actual food came out, even though the queso was the first thing we ordered.

Service was very slow even though they weren’t especially busy. Our waitress was nice but the host was pretty rude
Drinks were fine, but they were extremely weird about IDs. I think they checked my ID 3 times and I had to wear a wristband. They also had a complicated system of what you could order and when. I’ve lived in Utah my whole life, I know alcohol laws are strict here but I’ve never seen anything like this. Apparently they got in trouble with IDs before and are overcorrecting.

Pizza Hut AND Dominoes have better tasting wings.

Ordered online on buffalo wildwings website for delivery. I then get a call an hour later from doordash explaining how my order was not there for pickup. I called buffalo wildwings and they said it must have been stolen, they refunded my money. They obviously do not screen the people picking up the food waiting to be delivered. I guess anyone can just walk in and fake to be door dash and get free food. How convenient for them but extremely inconvenient for me. Wasted two hours of my night between waiting for my order, talking to door dash and buffalo wildwings and ended up cooking my own dinner in the end. Extremely frustrating.

Honestly, this location just needs to close. If you plan on ordering an adult beverage, you have to jump through so many hoops. It’s annoying and embarrassing. Both the host and the waitress had serious attitudes (body language and verbally) about having 4 people join our party of 2 late. The service was slow and I’m pretty sure it was due to pettiness seeing as how there was a total of 6 small tables in the entire building between 2 waitresses on shift. I don’t come here often for this exact reason. It makes sense why chili’s has a full house while bdubs is a ghost town.

I just did an uber eats order for a 6 piece mango habanero (order #1040022) and it only came with a 5 piece ): I noticed after i ate a couple and I’m a bit disappointed. I’m not sure if it was the restaurant that messed up or if my uber eats driver decided to eat one.

We had a party of 7 and right away when I let the hostess know, she sighed and acted like we were an inconvenience. They sat us in a booth with a seat on the end. It was cramped and didn’t fit us all, the store was empty. There was one table for 2 and plenty of places to put us. When we ordered we got our food all at different times, 2 of us got our food 20 minutes after everyone finished eating. Our drinks were empty half the time and we had to ask to for refills. We stacked our trash and it was never taken, we were already cramped and had to put it on another table so we had room to eat. Some of our food like the fries were cold and a burger didn’t come with all the ingredients, it was missing the toppings. The bathroom also didn’t have paper towels. This was a horrible experience.

Not only does Buffalo Wild Wings have a high standard for their food, they also have a high standard for their employees, especially Manager Shea. They provide excellent service and do so much to give back to the community. I couldn’t recommend them more!
