If I could give less than one star, I would. Went in for dine in, no acknowledgment. The girl who took our order just said “yes” as a greeting when we went to order. Drink machine was down (had no carbonation). All the dining room tables were dirty. Sat in the dining room 20 minutes waiting for our food (a taco salad and a number 1)…finally got our order & it was wrong. I received a Cobb salad with eggs and some of the taco salad toppings. I don’t even know what kind of burger we received, but it wasn’t what my husband ordered either. Went up to the counter to just ask for a refund, the manager didn’t even make eye contact with us nor speak a word to us. We won’t be back to this Wendy’s (not that they’ll care).

Very friendly people working here. The food is the same as it is at most Wendy’s. They did allow me to substitute chili instead of french fries 4 for 5 combo. The cashier was sweet enough to give my son a Junior Frosty even though we could not find the key chain tag for this.

Enjoying this new-er Wendy’s. The staff is super friendly. The lobby has a more trendy and modern look from the one on Milton down the road. It’s a good thing that there’s usually plenty of parking in the Aldi store area next to it because there usually isn’t much around the Wendy’s.

I want to give this place a bad review after tonight but just can’t. Wanted one of those pretzel bun pub burgers. They were out of the buns and the cheese so I said just cancel it and I’ll take a taco salad. They ended up giving me my pub burger sans the normal cheese and on a normal bun along with my taco salad. Also gave me 2 chillis when i only had 1 on my order. Would give them 4 stars because their system is so messed up that store management can’t fix/refund/etc mobile orders. It is rather stupid. But they did rather hook me up so I can’t.

Since it’s been a day of all days I decided to just go get Wendy’s. 4 for $4 for the win. Tired mom status. I went through the drive thru and placed my order. Real slow like because I know I have a lot of kids (but really saying 4, 4 for $4’s is more of a tongue twister than hard order). The guy was obviously not paying much attention because I had to repeat a lot. And he sounded super annoyed or bored or whatever. Poor customer service. But I’ve dealt with that so many times and it usually doesn’t rile me up. However. It’s been a day. So I asked him “am I annoying you”.

My friend and I each purchased a egg/sausage biscuit meal at 9 a.m. this morning, April 17, 2023, Store #13763 in Pace, FL. Sara was pleasant and took our order. It was so bad. These sandwiches tasted like they had been under the warmer for hours. The eggs were too hard to even eat, meat and biscuit very dry. When I complained, she became very defensive and argued with me about it. No apology, no replacement (There seemed to be no cook on duty, even though there were 5-6 employees for the 3 customers in the building). I brought our picked-over mostly uneaten trays of food to the counter to show her. She was uninterested. Then another employee demanded that I throw it in the trash. Not up to Wendy’s standards in quality or service. I tried to send a message to management instead of publically complaining; however, the corporate website did not include this location. One website indicated this Wendy’s is actually for sale. I highly do not recommed the Wendy’s at this location.
