Climate culture is poor. The last who took our order was straight rude. No welcome greeting, nothing. Had to ask for straws and napkins. Asked for condiments didn’t get any. I would not recommend here.

Shockingly terrible service. Yesterday I waited for 5 minutes or so inside while 2 managers (based on their uniform shirts anyway) stood at the counter talking to the only other customer in line. At first I thought they were dealing with a complaint but soon realized they were just rambling about Wendy’s as an employer, benefits and whatnot. They looked at me several times during their chat and eventually one walked away to the back while the other remained in her casual conversation.

Seems like everytime I go through this drive thru I wait over 20 minutes. I know I’m not the only one that notices this either. They never have cup holders, it’s guaranteed they forget straws and condiments. And their attitude is terrible.

Was stopping in for a frosty, but they said no frosty available. Looking at menu, Pic of baconator fries, looked good, (fries, bacon, and creamy cheese). Nope! What I got was this ( see pic). Sm/med fries, a little bacon topped with cold shredded cheese. Ugh. The two at the drive thru window were very nice though so not a one star review… they weren’t making my food. I had to pull into a parking spot to wait for what seemed like forever for this little container that looked NOTHING like the advertised dish…

This store has all lights and sign is on and it has the working hrs for drive thru til 12 midnight and lobby until 10 pm . People order thru Uber and can’t get their food due to laziness or bad management. Either was it unacceptable .

Awful absolutely horrible took 25 min to get the last of the food after they made the frostys and gave us cold fries the manager had finally did something about it but by this time is was far to little far to late. Will never come back to this mess of a Wendy’s absolutely horrible workers and very dirty inside the store.
