I just waited 20 minutes. I asked for onion rings got fries. The burger is literally freezing in the middle of the meat. I even backed up in the drive thru to let him know that I asked for onion rings, not fries. He says “ok I gotcha” I still get fries. The thing is I work in the restaurant I know how aggravating people can be. But I also know how to order correctly and efficiently. I promise I have worked that business for over 20 years. But at least pretend that you appreciate your job when you answer and correct your mistakes. I just got off and now I’m in this hotel pissed. I’m not going back it’s 20 degrees outside. I’m tired.

Food was amazing. We came through the drive thru with a large and (a little complicated) order last night and the employees were fantastic, very helpful explaining items on the menu, very nice and friendly. Everything was made in a timely manner and not a single thing ended up being wrong. Everyone working seemed to be doing a great job! Keep up the good work BK!!!

Best fast food experience I ever had. The staff was very polite all of them seemed very energetic and aimed to please. The food was outstanding and fresh and delicious. I commend all of them folr there efforts dealing with a lady that just seemed she wanted something for nothing.

This location serves lunch all day! I stopped in at brunch for a meeting and had a perfectly made custum ordered Impossible Burger meal. The lobby was clean and not busy. The staff were very friendly and the food was hot & ready quickly. They don’t have the beverage digital machine but they do have self serve fountain drinks. The overhead music was a playlist I would listen to. I would dine here again.

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding unacceptable behavior at the this location. THIS PLACE SUCKS!

My drive-thru order was incorrect. I ordered two double bacon cheeseburgers and received two singles, and no receipt was provided. I had to return to have the order corrected.

When I came back, the male employee with dark, long, greasy, stringy hair and very poor hygiene was rude and dismissive. The woman who identified herself as the manager behaved equally unprofessionally. When I politely asked if a small fry could be added as a courtesy for the inconvenience, she ran to the male employee, and both began laughing loudly as if the situation were a joke. No apology was offered at any point.

Additionally, the interior of the restaurant appeared unclean, and I believe this location requires immediate review by the Health Department. The conditions I saw were unacceptable for a food service establishment.

As a former Burger King employee, I know this conduct is far below company standards. I am requesting a full refund and a follow-up from regional management, including an explanation and steps that will be taken to correct these issues.

Ordered burger, sandwich, fries, drink + sauces on the app. When we arrived, they didn’t have fries, so we subbed onion rings. When asked what sauce for them, we said honey mustard, but apparently that means we didn’t want the sauces we ordered via the app. Waste of $25 tbh.

I am disappointed to see the quality onion ring and crispy spivy chicken. But yesterday, the buns of the spicy crispy chickens were so low in quality, my wife had to eat only the patty. Hopefully, the quality will be restored!

This is a sad excuse for Burger King sandwiches. I’ve been going to this Burger King for over 3 years and I always see new management but the food is always under pare. People spend money on some what decent food and get served this. If you wouldn’t eat it yourself, why do you think it’s okay to serve it to me? I don’t even want to get started on the mozzarella sticks
