We waited 20 minutes for Bacon cheeseburger biggie meals. Hamburgers were charred and so hard we threw them away! All their sodas were flat! Fries were barely warm. Restroom was filthy! Only 2 employees working! Shame on you Wendy’s franchise owners! Do better!

Waited almost 17 minutes for two chicken sandwiches and one felt like I was chewing on rubber and hard pieces was coming out of my chicken it was disgusting!! Don’t recommend this location at all and the staff isn’t very happy they all have attitudes. My fries was also soggy and mushy. Looked like they was trying to make mashed potatoes with my fries. I’m Billy and I know what good food is damnit and this is NOT good food. THIS IS DOG FOOD!!

I like Wendy’s but this location disappointed me; the nuggets were fine but sauce was not to the point. Felt like something was missing.
I liked their fries though.
The service was okay but the overall atmosphere was not good. The store was not clean, the woman restroom was non-functional.
It was on our way to another destination that is why stopped here but wouldn’t go especially at this location.

Slowest wendys i have ever been to. Pulled up the drive through just to wait 7-8 minutes to place an order one. Ar ahead of me at the pick up window already. Food was barely warm.

This Wendy’s is straight-up legendary. The vibes are immaculate and the cashier is hands-down the coolest human I’ve ever met behind a counter—laid-back, chill, and makes you feel like you’re grabbing food with a buddy instead of just ordering fast food. Service? Fast. Food? Crispy and fresh. Atmosphere? Honestly kinda elite for a Wendy’s. Shoutout to the cashier for making the whole visit top-tier. This is officially the Wendy’s spot.

1. Michelle walked away from the counter when we walked up, so we waited several minutes to place our order.
2. Food order took 10 minutes (I checked the time of the order on the receipt v. the time our name was called because it seemed like a long time for fast food.
3. The condiment station has no ketchup, so I went to the counter to ask for some. Michelle was busy chatting with the staff to the side. They looked up and saw me and kept chatting. I tried to ask for a ketchup packet, but was ignored. 3 minutes later she finally came back to the counter to hand another customer their order. I asked for the ketchup and she seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes and walked away. Because of her reaction the other customer looked at me and said “I didn’t think that was too difficult of a request…” I shrugged and said “I guess it was complicated.”
Michelle returned to the counter with a box of ketchup, instead of just handing me one (because now I’ve been standing at the counter for 5 minutes), she picked up an empty plastic container and went to the back counter to refill it. At this point I just walked back to the table and my now cold fries. I no longer needed the ketchup, because… cold fries :/
4. I open my burger and the order is wrong. I asked for pickles only (says so on my receipt) as you can see in the picture it did not have only pickles. I didn’t have another 30 minutes to spend waiting for them to try to get it right. Plus, I now see Michelle has disappeared to the parking lot, bent over in her car. Maybe for a smoke break? IDK? Anyway, the whole experience was rather ridiculous and very frustrating.
I do not recommend this as a quick stop during a road trip. The low stars are a direct reflection of the service at this location.

Service at lunch time was great. As a family traveling with a young child, it would have been nice to access a changing table in the women or men’s restroom.
I wish this were common in restaurants especially ones near the highway.

There are no condiments or spoons available. When you ask you get a very bad attitude and told to wait while they take care of others making you stand there with your food and no way to eat. Then ya get to eat it cold. The cashier is about as friendly as a wet mop. Not professional! The store is filthy.

Ordered Asiago Chicken Sanwich and it was taseless. No ketchup at codiment counter. Give you lutrle packets. Next time if I go again, will take bottle of Heinz Ketchup. Only tea comes out of a machine not brewed and does ot taste like ral ice tea
