This was a great, affordable lunch for 3 people! We got the party pack (50) nuggets and a large fry. I also purchased the “Meal of Misfortune” (a Wednesday themed meal). It as really good! The ice cream was so tasty too! The mystery sauces were interesting…the lighter purple was just to hot for me. Lol

Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes as they said they were doing a shift change. Car after car leaving behind me simply because I couldn’t even place an order. Finally got my food with no apology and the food is the only reason I come here anymore.

3 employees, 2 cars in drive thru, No one in dining room. 25 mins total to get no food and a refund for wrong amount. Had us pull forward in drive thru, then brought out fountain drinks and never brought food. Waited over 15 minutes before going inside and it took 10 more minutes to get refund for a couple dollars less than what I paid. No apology.

Brandi and amber where amazing. Unlike the other wendys, they where kind and professional. The food was made to order very fresh. I happy to say I can eat at wendys again. Its nothing like getting fresh food with great customers care. An yall know if it was a hot mess I would report it.

Would give absolutely no star if I could. Horrible slow service. Very loud. Very dirty. Gave my kids hard old cold food. After making me pull up and wait 20 minutes. Drinks were watered down. They don’t know how to refund me so I guess I’m just out of my money!? Will never go to tho location again. It needs closed down.

I swore the last time I got food from this Wendy’s that I would never return. Yesterday I decided to try once more time in hopes that the food had improved. It was so bad, the fries were cold as soon as I pulled my car away. I live less than a mile away, the cheeseburgers were cold. The cheese wasn’t melted. The taste was terrible. My daughter put the cheeseburgers in the microwave. That didn’t help. I’ll never go back there again. Plus the lady at the window wasn’t friendly.

I am one of Wendy’s costumers and we always buy in this place. Food is amazing. Delicious,. We just ordered by drive thru for our dinner,.. The cashier was black man he was so rude . He forced us to order right away even we already said ‘gimme a second to decided ‘’ but that black impolite man keeps asking us and rushing us to order fast.. and after that ‘masking me tips” , shouting like crazy person, he has bad attitude, he is not supposed to be there in hospitality,, people will never come back there if they know that black crazy man.. we re so disappointed never come back there Again!

UPDATE: Attempted a 2nd visit and ordered a large drink in the app with my large meal as I was very thirsty. They handed me a small drink and the employees can’t change your order or even charge me the difference to upgrade my drink! There seems to always be a challenge every time I go here. Probably not going back.
Place was closed well beyond normal operating hours with no notifications posted on doors or Windows. We placed an order in the app and couldn’t get anybody to help us out. After knocking on the window several times to get one of the employees attention, we were informed that they closed because they ran out of supplies. We had already paid for the order in the app.

Do not go in the evening. KEEP DRIVING JUST GO TO THE WANAMAKER LOCATION. I have tried for who knows how long and get told they are not taking orders. At one point they would still take mobile orders. However here recently,when I told the lady I would park and just place a mobile she said no you can’t do that. You could hear someone in the backgrounds yelling at her telling her No no no… this was around 7-8pm on 02/16/26 while they had 5 employees just sitting in the dinner doing nothing.
Ill just drive to the Wendy’s on wanamaker and save myself a trip, I dont even know why I keep driving to this location.

Pulled up to the drive thru and a woman comes on and rudely says “our system is down” so we say oh does that mean we can’t order? She came back on and again RUDELY said “no” with more sass than necessary. I’m not sure what a system being down has to do with cooking food but it seems rudeness is expected at this location, aside from laziness. Ridiculous
