The worst Wendys we’ve ever been to. Terrible customer service. They’re loud, unfriendly, and seem to be bothered when taking your order. The dining area is dirty. Especially the soda and condiment area. Dirty tables. Tons of people behind the counter talking and hanging out when they could be cleaning. Food was okay.

Mgr. Sabrina gave Me Stupendous Service from Entrance to Exit. Football Saturday in the South with Rain had Drive thru Lane Backed up but Ladi S. Handled it like a Queen. Served 4 Customers took care of Door Dash Couier and Assisted her Crew/understand some were New all in less then 10 mins. Meal was on point Restuarant clean. Know I’ll be back. **Much Respect to the WHOLE team working this Evening. Saw Teamwork Smiles and Classic Customer Service.

Customer service is a difficult topic here, simply because there is none. On two separate occasions I have chosen to park and go inside to order because the drive thru was extremely backed up, literally causing traffic issues. Each time I was YELLED at and told rudely to get out and go through the drive-thru because their inside cash registers don’t work. Only one person working in the kitchen while multiple employees are standing by the drive-thru windows and sitting at customer tables playing on cell phones. BAD, VERY BAD location. Normally enjoy Wendy’s. Sad

This was horrible service I just got off work and wanted to get something to eat. I stood at the counter and nobody helped me not a how can I help you? Or just one moment we will get with you. I would have understood that but to just stand there and look at me and not take my order I just walked out I can get better service and Im not about to deal with this location again

We sat at the drive thru for almost 15 minutes and they never asked for our order so we drove to the window. Told them my order. And was told to pull forward they would bring it out. We only ordered 2 singles but waited almost 5 minutes before they brought it to us. The burgers were barely warm. I expected them to be hot after waiting that long.

I DoorDash from here mostly and service is always slow there’s the same 2 black girls who’ll always look right through you and continue doing whatever they were doing without a hello, be with you in a minute then take 3 other drive thru orders before acknowledging you. However yesterday my sister wanted to eat a salad I got a chili, I found something very mill worm like in the chili and I went to ask the manager all he said was it wasn’t a worm. I am continuing to escalate this complaint because I think after he saw it instead of putting his finger in my food he should’ve just offered a refund, he did not.

Waited 30 mins for a ten piece nugget and baconator fries which were so soggy more cheese then fries, food wasn’t hot to say I waited so long for it I let the manager donnie know that my soda was not right needed to be changed because the sprite was out which is a easy mistake he went back inside and brought out the exact same things, soda without flavor. This is my second encounter with his horrible attitude and I will be making a corporate complaint as well. I work in customer service so I see that the problem starts with him being a manager. I come here often and the morning shift runs much smoother

I just arrived at this location at 1:30a, and the lady over the intercom advised they were closed when online, and this posting other list the place closes at 2a and has been verified “2 weeks ago” by the business. This should be revisited and updated as the business closes before the time posted.
