I just went through the drive-through Feb. 12th around 8PM (Thursday) and dealt with the nastiest person. When I ordered, I was polite to her and I got nothing but her extremely rude attitude. At the end, I said thank you and I got the window slammed in my face. It was a black female with braids in her 20’s with a sour expression. I will not be going back to Wendy’s because their food isn’t great, but to deal with someone like that again. I don’t even trust my food coming from someone questionable like that. She needs to find a new job where she isn’t around people or animals and needs to learn respect. #FATIGUE.

I hate to leave a mediocre review because everywhere has issues at some point. But having been at the car dealership for over 4 hrs in the service department and an hour and a half drive back home…the best friend who is currently 5mnts pregnant and I decided on this location bc we don’t have one where we live and it’s always good. The drive thru associate was awesome she was on point…none of the remainder of my review reflects on her like I said she was great! But first off Best Friend wanted the biggest sweet tea they have but we were informed immediately they were out of ice! Like what how does that even happen at a large fast food establishment. I’ve seen other restaurants go to the jiffy store and load up on bag ice before they tell the customer they don’t have any. Not the worst part BF still wanted the LG Sweet tea we received our order rather quickly shockingly fast actually well we asked for some ranch sauce low and behold NO RANCH either! Anyway we leave get on the road a mile or two down the road BF took a huge sip of her tea and it was incredibly soured un drinkable! So we pull over at a jiffy store to pour that out and go in and buy another drink. She didn’t mention anything negative about her food…but mine was just not good at all! The bun was stale and cold the meat patty was paper thin and the edges were burnt to a crisp making it extremely difficult to eat it I took 2 more bites as I was starving but even it being overloaded with mayonnaise it was so dry I couldn’t hardly chew it…out it went and back in the road I got to home. Like I said I don’t typically leave negative reviews unless something is absolutely terrible…but this entire experience was a bust and if this is the norm for this particular location I’d have to 10/10 Not recommend.

They only offered taco salad, which was wilted and unappetizing. The cheese in the salad was also quite unpleasant. To add to my disappointment, the cup of chili I received was only filled halfway. It’s very disappointing that the dish that was more expensive turned out to be such a disaster.

I have to be gluten free so I order a burger with no bun. shouldn’t be an issue but every time I order one something’s wrong. I ask for ketchup. I never get ketchup. I say not to add mayo. they add it anyway. whenever I order something for my kids and I don’t have to order it with no bun. they get it exactly however they order it. what is so difficult about ordering a burger with no bun that screws up the whole process? maybe 1 out of 10 times is my order correct

The place was empty. They were not busy. I got the son of the baconator. The bun was stale and the burger was not hot and juicy as most Wendy’s burgers. The soda was mainly carbon water and tasted terrible. The ketchup was out so had to get packets. With no customers and two employees setting on their butts, this is unacceptable.

Every single time I order from this store I never get what I ordered. I paid for the extras and thats exactly what I got extra pissed off. Everything I walk in the store im always waiting for someone to take my order and then they act like im asking to much. Its the night crew. I work in food and we would never treat our customers like this. I never get what I order or they dont have it. New management would probably make a big difference.

This restaurant is always out of product; which is understandable to run out of items,but I’m sure it’s a matter of lack of detail…there has been no chili my last two visits amongst other things…guest are given the option of paying by card only regularly…staff are always outdoors on side entrance, hanging out or smoking etc.

Way to much salt on fries. After huge commercials talking about there bomb fires. Smh it was so bad after rubbing the salt off they were still salty lol. Fast service but fries suck. I ordered a number 7 large with a coke. Here is the large fry. Get it together Wendy’s. Spicy chicken sandwich always comes with mayonnaise lettuce and tomato I opened it up and it’s plain. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Wendy’s

It’s been a few years since I last visited this location. Nicely remodeled, looked clean, very enthusiastic crew, got a kids’ meal for my grandson and he enjoyed the meal and loved the toy: Dinosaurs!
